This syrup had mixed reviews, but it was much cheaper than the Monin syrup, so I thought that I would give it a try. I found that I had to use 2 teaspoons, where I would normally use one sugar. It tastes pleasant, with no aftertaste. It's not quite as strong as the Monin version, but is good for the price.

I like this product tastes beautiful but extremely disappointed this is more vanilla than gingerbread so if you are looking for a distinctive flavour this isn't for you but tasty all the same
