For years I have taken various multivitamins and supplements. I wish I had discovered this product sooner. It’s fantastic, after 4-5 days using it I felt I significant improvement in how I was feeling. My skin was so much softer after 2 weeks, presumably from the cq10 ingredient. I highly recommend this. Yes it is expensive. But in the long run I will save as I don’t need to buy independently individual vitamins and supplements. I am so pleased I found this product. They are sizeable to take but I just take them with a mouthful of porridge and they slip down with no issues for me. Your urine will turn bright yellow but nothing to worry about. Hope this helps you in your decision.

I cannot remember if I have reviewed this before because I have taken it for about 4 years very happily. The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway.My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good.My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex.100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff. The soil is just too nutrient depleted these days and even eating meat the animals don't contain the nutrients they once did.

One a day UK made multi supplement tablet with useful levels of nutrients not just the minimum RDA.Co Q10 also included.It is quite a large tablet but has a smooth outer with rounded edges. I have no problem swallowing this tablet.

This work well. I find taking a pill around dinner time gives me a gentle boost in energy until bedtime. It's also very convenient, ad I was planning on taking most of the ingredients separately anyway.The only issue is my urine turns a funny shade of green for a few hours, I imagine this is due to the high dosage of B vitamins.

After taking these multivitamins for 40 days I started to notice a few things were off. Maybe a bit gross but 1st my sweat changed odour, noticed at the gym and started to get concerned as to why, looked at my diet, was I allergic to something I was eating? Then noticed my urine smelt the same and a few days later everything that was coming out of my body smelt the same and headaches were starting. Trip to doctors for blood tests and most was fine but did not offer any explanation so more detailed blood tests were carried out and certain levels were way to high and headaches were more than likely caused by excessive B12 which was at toxic levels. Broke up and made a powder of a tablet and it smelt exactly like my sweat and other bodily excreted fluids….. buyer beware the balance is way off, there is a reason there are recommended amounts of vitamins for daily consumption and not over 10000% of B12 which is downright dangerous.

Excellent vitamin without Cyanocobalamin
I love the quality of this product and the bioavailability of the forms in which they process their vitamins.
I like this vitamin, especially the included CoQ10, but it causes a drastic urine color change
Got this multivitamin because it is methylated and its comprehensive list of included vitamins and CoQ10. However, it causes my urine to get a crazy fluorescent yellow color. I know and have experienced some change in color when taking certain supplements in the past, but this one is way past anything I have experienced. In my layman understanding, I'm thinking that can't be a positive thing. Other than the urine color, I have no complaints. However, I'm going to stop taking them until I get a better understanding of why there is such a drastic urine color change from this particular one.

I am a 71 year old female disabled veteran (my husband is also a disabled veteran) and we both have to take a slew of vitamins ranging from multivitamins, calcium, boron, lutein (my father had macular degeneration so this is important to me), coq 10/ubinquinol, K2-7 etc. My husband doesn't like to take pills but will do so on time. Me...i hate it so (shame on me) sometimes skip taking them. I happened to see a commercial on live British tv (i see this on Roku) and was excited about vitamins rolled into one. Started looking on the internet for something similar. Nothing. Closes i could find was a place claiming to have all vitamins needs at one time BUT when you looked into it they had all the vitamins.but..it was a packed of about 7 or 8 pills/capsules. So I contacted Inessa and asked if they would ship to the U.S. The wrote back and said no...they couldn't then but they were working on being able to ship to the States. YAH!!!! I watched over quite a few months as I knew it wasn't easy to set something up like that...and then it finally came to fruition!! They are here !!! The photos are of my current multivitamin next to the yellowish colored Inessa. The Inessa is a tad larger but not by much and it is not difficult to take. I have taken other multivitamins larger so this is fine for me. The other photo is what I would have taken (on the bottom) if I now did not take Inessa. On that same phot you see the Inessa and a calcium tablet. I will take the extra calcium because of my age. If you are younger you won't have to do that. Also for those that "might" think these pills are expensive..they are not If you have ever priced great vitamins they are more expensive than these BUT we get to take into account I know longer have to purchase the very expensive COq 10, K2, Lutein, Boron etc. AND this bottle is a one a day and with 60 tablets it is a 2 months supply. So thrilled I can go to Inessa and not take that handful of pills. It is a game changer and a life changer for both my husband and myself. I always asked why someone couldn't do this....Inessa has...!!PS now 1/24/19 and still have nothing but the highest praise. My husband is thrilled to take one pill rather than so many he was taking. He said even though the pill was a teeney bit larger than the other multivitamin it is easy to swallow and that has always been a huge complaint with him. He as I am, thrilled that it is ONE pill as the full dosage and that this one bottle is a 2 month supply. The savings on money is astronomical since those taking COq10, and others know how expensive they all are. Thanks Inessa!
