The media could not be loaded. Craftsmanship is A1, beautiful cuckoo sound and realistic echo, dancers and train exquisite. Batteries are NOT included (see image) they cost me £8 from Morrisons. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and highly recommend you get one as you will not be disappointed. It arrived well packed and is everything as described 👍😁

The media could not be loaded. This is made to perfection, each piece is a marvel to admire. Cuckoo sound with the echo makes it sound so authentic. Everybody in the family just loves it. The seller could have upfront mentioned about the duty to be paid else the experience was excellent

I have bought this as a Christmas present for parents to replace a cuckoo clock that they bought nearly 40years ago that stopped working a few years ago. I took it out of box to make sure it all worked as it should do and make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. It is all good and is absolutely wonderful (we want one now). It is enchanting - wonderful figurines, and the train is so sweet, and my other half absolutely loved the echoing cuckoo. All in all absolutely fantastic well worth the money. Thank you Erzgebirge Palace think this will give immense pleasure every hour!

Absolutely blown away but the craftsmanship of this cuckoo clock. The sound the cuckoo makes every hour is soo realistic, it also plays different tunes each hour.

I would recommend this cuckoo clock.I'm not easy to please when it comes to quality & attention to detail but I give it 5 stars. The cuckoo call was very authentic.The echo of the call was very realistic.The only thing I was unhappy about was not having batteries supplied with the product.
