Sehr zufrieden
Perfect! Time & Space Saver!
These are so worth the money! I spent so much more on heavy metal muffin tins shaped like rosettes - and for the metal tins no matter how much I sprayed some muffins got stuck and the metal rosette metal tins were a bear to clean. These silicon ones ARE SO EASY! The roses pop right out! The hearts look like hearts! These are fun and easy to use and clean and they don’t take much space to store.Details:1) I placed thirteen empty silicon muffin liners on a flat cookie sheet. 5 of the 13 were the rose shaped. I didn’t use any muffin tin at all, just a baking sheet. I didn’t pre-spray the silicon liners with any oil, cooking spray or grease. I just cleaned them out of the bag, dried them, and used them as is for the batter.2) using an ice cream scoop I filled each of the 13 silicon liners with batter. This batter was pretty heavy with shredded coconut and chocolate chips. I was able to CAREFULLY pick up a filled silicon liner and pat inside with a spoon to make sure all crevices of the silicon liner filled with batter.3) I then topped each muffin with slivered almonds.4) I then put the flat baking sheet loaded with these 13?batter-filled silicon liners in the oven all at once, to test tippiness. NOT ONE FILLED SILICON LINER TIPPED, SPILLED OR LOST SHAPE.5) I baked for 25 minutes at 325 degrees, turning the entire baking sheet once midway. NOT ONE FILLED SILICON LINER TIPPED, SPILLED OR LOST SHAPE.6) After 25 minutes I took the baking sheet with the muffin-filled silicon liners out of the oven and let them cool.7) EVERY MUFFIN POPPED OUT OF THE SILICON LINER EASILY! EVERY MUFFIN - EVEN THE ROSES- WERE PERFECTLY MOLDED! EVEN THE CHOCOLATE CHIP PARTS ON THE MUFFINS BARELY LEFT A MARK ON THE SILICON LINERS! The baking sheet didn’t have any baking residue on it at all. I didn’t smell any plastic smell.8) The muffin I tried to test taste (tough job, someone needs to do it) was perfectly baked, no plastic taste. The outer texture was the delectably little bit crispier on the outside than the inside. Warm YUMMIE melted chocolate chips...9) For clean up, I tossed the 13 silicon liners into a tub of warm soapy water in the sink, let them soak for ten minutes, then took a soft round bristle brush and did a super quick scrub rinse of each one, put them on a towel, did a pat dry followed by a ten minute air dry. That’s all it took to clean the 13 used silicon liners, only two minutes max of ‘effort’. The baking sheet didn’t get dirty at all so I just did a quick rinse and dry of the baking sheet.10) THE USED LINERS DIDNT LOSE SHAPE OR DISCOLOR. I can’t tell the 13 silicon liners that I used from the 11 silicon liners that I didn’t use (yet)11) These silicon liners store in a small space - they nest and stack and are soft and pliable.12) Had I used a conventional muffin tin, then clean up would have been a lot harder, especially on muffin tins with special shapes like rosettes. Also, conventional muffin tins take up a lot more storage space. How did I live without these silicon liners? -and why do they call them liners? They work fine on a baking sheet!!!!????Highly recommend!12/23/2019 update: Still highly recommend! Have used multiple times, including for holiday baking. Have added photos showing how these silicon ‘liners’ stand alone and hold shape fine on baking sheet even when filled with uneven carrot/walnut muffin batter, and additional photos to share not only final results but also how clean the liners are BEFORE washing after use, and then how new they look washed up after use (all I do is let them soak in a tub of soap water for around ten minutes, then super quick rinse with small round gentle bristle brush (shown in photo( and water, then pat and air dry. So easy!!!!
Great items to buy❣️
