Definitely helped in levelling off effects of hormones and mood swings. When they ran out we had some regression kick in, back on then and we are happier again. I’m a convert!

I can’t really comment on a nutrition side of it as I’ve only been using it for couple of days but I read about the company and the way they produce these supplements and I like it.I bought it for my 2.5 year old baby who is a really picky eater - hence supplements. I strongly believe that balance diet is the best but there is nothing you can do if baby thinks otherwise.4 stars, rather than 5, because it smells bad. And it tastes even worst. So as baby is too little to swallow the capsule, I open it and add the powder to smoothies. The volume of smoothie is small (as it’s for a baby) and with the content of one capsule it tastes horrible. I couldn’t drink it. Baby is not a big fan either.I guess it’s so much better if you swallow the entire capsule without opening.Overall: I would recommend it to others. Doesn’t have all the nasty cancerogenic preservatives and that’s the most important thing.

Good ingredients however cannot be swallowed easily by a tiny mouth and of course sprinkling content on food is not an option with my little one. I wish they made smaller tablets

These are quite large capsules but not as unpleasant tasting as some. My daughter is a vegetarian and so I'm pleased to be able to give her a full spectrum nutrients which is cruelty free. While not cheap, the price for 60 is what I'd expect to pay.

These are very high quality vitamins. These are food based, having naturally sourced ingredients.The formulation seems to be well thought out specifically for teen boys, with a mix of various vitamins, minerals and even mushrooms such as Reishi. Because they are food based they have a better absorption as well which means you don't need high dosages compared to non food based supplementsThey also have sustainable packaging. The price point is high but you also get high quality ingredients, offering better absorption as well. Overall this is a really good supplement.

Our daughter (14), is extremely fussy eater and so we sadly have to look to supplements to try and ensure some nutritional aspects to her diet.She is happy to take these as they are not overly big, are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. They appear to be a good quality supplement with decent health benefits.
