Your great tasting, go-to electrolyte powder just got even better! Each serving now has 100 mg magnesium, 250 mg potassium and 55 mg sodium - all important electrolytes- and we've removed almost all of the maltodextrin (except for the amount that the natural flavour use as a carrier) allowing the box and stick packs to be smaller.
Add one packet to 16 fluid ounces of water depending on taste preference. Mix before adding ice. We recommend 1 or more servings per day depending on activity level. Also delicious served hot.

The flavour is not very strong but not too bad the issue I had was I just couldn't open them by hand needed a knife or scissors which don't make these very travel friendly

First of all, it says 20 inside but I received only 19! The test is really sweet!! I thought it will be a bit similar to LMTD unfortunately the test was horrible! I would stick with LMTD. I regret too but this product. I will never recommend this!
