A very capable Bluetooth Audio receiver, works very well, with acceptable sound quality.I bought this to convert my "old school" Hi-Fi separates into a Bluetooth speaker system. I tested it using the twin RCA sockets to the amplifier, and playing high quality uncompressed .WAV files rather that poorer quality .MP3 files or streamed audio. I found the audio quality to be quite acceptable, with a good frequency response and plenty of bass, but there was a slight increase in high frequency distortion or sibilance which is not there when playing the same files via a wired USB DAC.I also found that the 3.5mm stereo socket on the bluetooth unit drives wired headphones very well on its own, without needing to use any amplifier at all, which was an unexpected advantage over other units I have tried.I have not experienced any drop-outs, though I didn't try moving the source phone to a different room.One thing to note however - although the "Product Details" list on the Bolo site says that this Bluetooth Receiver contains a Lithium Ion battery, my unit doesn't appear to have any built-in battery at all. I haven't attempted to open it up to check, but after leaving it "charging" for 8 hours it still does not work without the USB charger connected. So don't buy this if you need battery operation away from mains power.

Device connected easily to iPhone.iPhone controls the volume. When the phone (or any Bluetooth source) is turned up there is no lack of volume, as was reported in another review.Works well.

It works really well, was a doddle to install and set up. I just connected it to on of those usb chargers for power, twin RCA lead into my mixer, logged into it with my phone and now I can play music (or anything) direct into my PA. I also use a similar device on my PC.Range seems adequate (at least 15 feet), I mean, how far away do you get in reality, not far!

Great little Device for the price.Bought this device for my sound system without Bluetooth capability. straight forward connection allows me to play music from my phone through my speakers but can also be used on Older Car Radio's.I cannot notice any sound quality loss whilst using the device and there usual delay with Bluetooth devices is practically not noticeable. And allows to pair 2 devices at the same time and switching between the devices is very easy.

Was looking for some kind of streaming device to add to my system, chose this as its not breaking the bank , plus I'm no prolific streamer, I prefer the hard copy of vinyl or cd.After a few weeks of use, it's not bad, sounds good enough, it could ,in my opinion, sound better. But that's a budget buy for you.My one and only problem, I have to link it to my phone every single time I want to stream. It takes 4 or 5 attempts to connect, and then you get the drop out, halfway through a song yesterday and it just disconnected itself.All that said, it's given me an insight into streaming, and given me an idea of what's what, and what kind of budget I need to look at for a proper piece of equipment.

This product is awesome, I use this product to make my amplifier have a Bluetooth option and synch my phone to my amp. It allows a digital radio app and Bolo music to be used with my hifi.I use this music system in my gym whilst training. This product has saved a lot of space. Before buying this device, I was using a hifi separate tuner, cd player, a cassette deck, ipod & the amp. Now this has been reduced to the blutooth device and ipod. The sound is really good and works exceptionally well.My system is a Samsung S7 edge, ipod, Naim nait 3 amp & Ruark Icon speakers.The sound from this little device is so good I am going to get one for my main audio system which comprises of Linn Audio and Naim Audio. I am not listing my systems to show off, I am letting you know how well this little device works. The only thing i would say is use the phono sockets on the device I thought it sounded better than the 3.5mm jack, although it was not bad, even when using a better third party cable. The phono did sound better.It is a small and very well made product. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do, very surprised at the sound for the cost.

Me gusta que tenga entrada tanto 3.5mm como RCA así la puedo conectar en cualquier tipo de bocinas y poder transmitir música por bluetooth sin complicaciones, otro punto a favor es que sea compatible con el códec Aptx HD que se puede aprovechar mejor si tienes algún servicio de streaming lossless o reproducir tus archivos flac. El receptor es muy compacto, el alcance de la señal es perfecta para una habitación, no he tenido problemas de que se interrumpa la señal, quizás el único detalle que le vea es la luz que siempre parpadea por lo que puede molestar sobre todo al apagar las luces, pero se puede tapar con algo de cinta. Muy buena compra
Works Well for an old Receiver
I have a 4-speaker stereo setup on my old analog receiver; not state of the art, but it works well for me. The only minor issue is that the volume is a little low coming from the BT adapter, but that just means I had to set the volume to say 35 instead of 25; not a big deal. For the price, I thought it sounded really good, and pairing was easy.

Il codec apt HD giustifica il prezzo
L'apt HD ti fa sentire meglio la musica rispetto ad altri codec meno "potenti". Ovviamente, la musica si sente meglio solo se hai anche uno smartphone che supporta il codec apt HD o il codec aptx Adaptive. Io lo uso in macchina, alimentandolo con una presa USB. Se non hai il codec apt HD o il codec aptx Adaptive ci sono soluzioni più economiche.
