About this item:
Liquid skin protection helps prevent infection by limiting exposure to dirt and germs. Unlike regular plasters liquid skin conforms to all body contours to provide a protective shield on elbows, knees, knuckles, finger tips, neck, feet and other flexible parts of the body. Liquid skin does not peel off, it will last for up to 5 days dependent on skin care. It will seal in the body's natural oils and moisture enhancing the natural healing process.
1. Apply the liquid plaster to minor wounds and scrapes. 2. Let it dry for quick and effective protection. 3. Reapply every 3 to 5 days as needed. 4. Ensure the wound is clean before applying the liquid plaster. 5. Avoid applying the liquid plaster to large or deep wounds, burns, or infected areas.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I needed
Managed to partially slice the fingerprint part of my thumb off while not concentrating chopping veg, wound was quite deep but immediately sealed it with Jelonette gauze, a plaster and some tape, for two days but it kept bleeding if I knocked it accidentally. It was also a bit bulky. My partner being ex military advised me that medical grade superglue is regularly used on the battlefield to seal wounds and stop bleeding. I can’t see how this is any different to that, or the glue surgeons use to glue wounds together. It drys just like superglue, except it doesn’t contain toxic chemicals or irritants regular, non medical superglue has. Although I still have a small plaster over it, I no longer need gauze or thick plasters, plus tape as it doesn’t bleed now its all glued together.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just like new
This product was great for a cut on my finger made from a knife.... it was in a place where it was constantly opening back up again, and getting wet so not healing.Although I was scared of this hurting, it didn't hurt at all - it created a protective layer over the cut and helped it heal much quicker! Now have it in the house for the many incidents that will most likely need it in the future.
4.0 out of 5 stars Who needs plasters?
I use this mostly for when the skin on my fingers and thumbs split in cold weather. Works really well and also helps reduce soreness.
5.0 out of 5 stars Ease of use and effective
Very easy to use and last covering small opening
5.0 out of 5 stars Works well
Certainly do the job very well, a little stingy when applying but doesn’t last long, I have used these for years
3.0 out of 5 stars It's ok, does the job
Was looking for the germolene version of this but appears it is no longer available. Wanted this product for small cuts/snags for a 'bleeder' instead of a plaster.First impressions is the tubes are very small. First time used it hard to get out of tube. Tube hard plastic does not squeeze so had to wait for contents to reach/drip through the hole to come out. Have to spread contents with the end if tube so not sure how heigenic it is if wiping over blood. Every time used had to re-pierce the hole for the glue to come out and wait an age for the contents to reach the hole again.Wasted nearly one tube as carried in holiday bag and it turned upside down. Whilst travelling the contents leaked out and by time I realised the top was glued stuck and the escaped content had stuck various things in the medical bag together!. Top does not screw on just pushes on. Lucky had taken a 2nd unopened tube. Worked out expensive having lost one tube after only being used twice. A little disappointing. I'm glad it wasn't near anything expensive when leaking, I.e handbag or near clothing.Advise storing this carefully, upside down with the cap upwards, have a pin handy to clear the hole when need to use. Be patient waiting for the content to emerge as painfully slow coming through the hole and to cover a larger cut.The concept of the product is good and it does work. The film it provides is long lasting. The packaging and how it is dispensed needs much improvement. Still have 2 tubes left (came as pack of 4). However, I will look to see if there is an alternative that dispenses better and less wasteful .
5.0 out of 5 stars Liquid skin
This product is excellent, absolutely love it.I always get hacks on my thumbs, tried everything to stop them. The liquid skin is excellent at sealing splits in skin until they heal. Brilliant if you work with your hands
4.0 out of 5 stars It's ok
It's nowhere near as good as Germaline liquid plaster but as that's discontinued I now use this.
Sinon... Pas bon du tout !
Top Produkt hält was es verspricht
