    The media could not be loaded. I love the style of this kettle and the colours from blue to red which come from being on standby and from boiling.

    Initially have to take this through at least 10 boiling cycles & cold water rinsing, out of box to get rid of the new plastic smell...Good value does what it says, would have given it 5 stars, had it not been that the lid release is built in to the handle, making it easily released when picking up to pour after boiling, not the best place for it IMO.

    i initially really liked this kettle. it looks good. but, there are some major issues.first, the switch to open the lid is right where you lift the kettle once it's boiled. this is dangerous.secondly, i should have listened to the reviews about the taste of the water. i must have boiled it 15 times to 'run it in' but my word, nothing worked! it tastes metallic and kind of rotten. really, really unpleasant.do not buy this kettle! i've had to go back to my ancient old one while i wait for the new, glass kettle (not plastic!!) to arrive.not recommended at all.

    Purchased this to replace my old Tower kettle.Looks good and works well so far, but not as good as my old kettle as the on/off switch is where the button was to open the lid on my old kettle and the button to open the lid is now in the most ridiculous place, at the top of the handle so when you pick it up you flip the lid open and when the kettle is full and heavy it's almost impossible to pick it up without flipping the lid open!Why re-design something and make it worse?
