    To add to the set I have, I bought the thickest 30/80kg band for heavier squats and deadlifts specifically. I have used a couple of times. The tension is good. I'm hoping it will last.

    Para quienes entrenamos habitualmente fueron la salvación para poder moverse sin mucho equipo en pandemia.He comprado 4 o 5 de distintas resistencias y con ellas puedes entrenar pecho (empujes tumbado en el suelo o apoyado en pared), espalda (remos/jalones/tríceps enganchado a una barra alta por ejemplo), bíceps (enganchando con el pie), sentadillas (pisas con ambos pies y la colocas sobre los hombros).Muchas veces dudas si van a aguantar pero hast el momento ningún susto. Se nota la diferencia con respecto a las de marca blanca de Bolo por ejemplo.Compraría de nuevo sin duda.
