These are great, love the colours, good quality bowls. Two of them arrived chipped but the issue was quickly resolved. We had already ordered and received plates and mugs in this collection, the pasta bowls were an addition as we like them that much.

Items arrived within 2 days, two were damaged contacted seller RINKIT, absolutely fantastic CS, sent replacements by courier recieved next day. Great lovely service ( very important- after sakes service) items lovely size for SPAG’ BOL’ any pasta, curry, soups, very good quality, price is fantastic will be looking to purchase matching plates. Thank you RINKIT for great items & brilliant customer service. Highly recommend!!

I read all the reviews before buying these plates so was a little apprehensive about the design. Yes there are irregularities on them but I believe that’s the way they are meant to be and I think they’re gorgeous. If you have any form of ocd you will not like these the pattern is uneven and irregular. I think they look funky and lovely and colourful. There was one plate with a raised piece in middle which might eventually chip off we shall wait and see. I am going ahead to order the cereal bowls and will continue until I have the collection. I needed to replace a lot of crockery and these will look lovely in my kitchen. I have had m and s white plates up until now and they are all marked and scraped.

The bowls are a good weight and size. Perfect for pasta. The pattern is lovely, but on the bowls I received the pattern was misprinted, missing, overlapped, faded. There was also a sharp piece of pottery on the base of one. Although I sent back as faulty I was charged postage. So very disappointed. If perfect they would have been perfect for me.

A lovely size, nice colours. I can see what other reviewers mean when they said pattern printing a bit off so they have a “seconds” look about them. I’m sure it won’t affect my use of them but if you’re a perfectionist maybe avoid buying them. For the more chilled out diner they’re great :)

I have made many purchases from Rinkit either from their own web site or via Bolo. The products are great and also at a great price. I have not had to contact their customer service until this recent occasion when 3 out of 6 pasta bowls arrived broken (no packaging damage) Sadly this can be an issue with shipping fragile items. I contacted Rinkit via Bolo to let them know and sent a photo, although the office was closed, I had a reply in minutes apologising for the breakages (it wasn't their fault as items well packaged) they had already organised to send me replacements. Give credit where it is due, this company is worth purchasing from their customer service is second to none, take a look at what they offer on Rinkit home web site or on Bolo, the brand of there's that I purchase is called "Nicola Spring" lively bright fun coloured table ware porcelain. Thank you Laura & Evangeline for your excellent customer service, you put a lot of other companies to shame. David Anderson

On my initial order I was disappointed to see that a bowl had broken in transit, however after contacting the company an immediate replacement was put in the post. I was only more disappointed to see that the box containing the replacement bowl wash all squished - on opening the box, found that the pasta bowl was again smashed. I contacted the company and got a reply to say they would send yet another replacement.. also this email was received on a Sunday! To my amazement a second replacement has arrived in Monday! Fantastic if not the best customer service I have come across and very pleased to report the second replacement bowl is in tact. The pasta bowls themselves are really good quality and really happy with them!
One broken no answer from seller.
Nice bowls. Good shape and colors. Treid to contact the seller with no answers on a replacement bowl. We would keep them if they send us another bowl to replace the broken blue one.
BAD PRINTING
If I could give a 0 review I would, they are defective & hideous. Very poor quality, that is FAR worse than pictured. Buyer beware the prints are very overlapped, colors were chipped when they arrived. Despite being defective they wanted me to pay for return shipping. TERRIBLE customer service, as in NO response to me at all.

This product was purchased as a gift for someone who wanted pasta dishes. She was very surprised and delighted by them.
Für den Preis okay
Die Teller sind von der Form und Größe genau das was ich wollte. Passt einfach schön viel rein.Sehr schade ist der extrem schlechte Druck, bei dem sich das Muster teilweise überlappt und teilweise breite Lücken sind. Wenn man sich allerdings den Preis anschaut dann kann man vielleicht auch nicht viel mehr erwarten.Nach fast einem Jahr hat sich der Druck durch die Spülmaschiene nicht verändert.Rückgabe wäre kein Problem gewesen nach Reklamation, allerdings fanden wir die Form so klasse, dass wir sie behalten haben.
