    Never tried TRX training before. Bought this on a whim and have not been disappointed.A very sturdy piece of equipment. I use it via the attachment to my garage, internal door. I weigh 92kg and have had no problems at all in it supporting my weight. The garage door seems to be OK too.There are a lot of workouts for this on the YouTube. So there’s plenty of options to explore.You are provided with an access card to a TRX website for a series of training videos, provided with the purchase. Haven’t tried these yet.The equipment is easy to pick up and is easy to learn. However start with the basics. Build up to things like the Pike. I tried it for a laugh but don’t bend in the middle very well. It didn’t end well for me. Positively it wasn’t too far to fall and it hasn’t put me off at all.Down point don’t pull too hard on the way up as meeting the anchor point, or in my case the door is possible.I was used mainly to free weights and cardio. I can confirm TRX lives up to its promises. Some of the videos can give you quite a workout in 25-35 minutes. I recommend you try these as the trainers are in general excellent at helping and guiding you what to do. That way you’ll get the most out of the TRX. If it helps you can burn up to 400 kcals in a more vigorous workouts and no less than 200. For fans of calorie counting.It really works you core as promised. You can feel it tense under the exercises. Even doing the basic stuff as a beginner like me.Overall it’s really good fun. It’s a bit like being on a swing as kid, well that’s what I think.Another top tip, learning the hard way as per usual. Best not to use every day. I got a bit carried away and ended up with brachial radial strain, after a 7 days worth of sessions. Maybe that’s an age thing.Combine it with your training and most of all have fun. HiCheers👍🏼

    Having used another brand of suspension trainer and needing to travel for work with it, I realised the other whilst good was just not compact enough and quite heavy.Whilst rather pricy, this lightweight TRX version Really is that. Much more compact to fold up and very light weight, I would guess this weighs less than a kilo when packed up., where as my old one weighed double that. This TRX Feels sturdy enough and well made, I am not a small lass.I found the TRX team very helpful when I used chat to ask for help when I could not sign up to their web site (you get a free start up membership in the TRX).The only thing missing in my view is the ‘Do not disturb TRX training in progress’ door knob card, that would be very handy for when I am in hotels using my TRX and trying not to scare the house keeping folks!

    I am not a gym person and don't like tied to a time table. I can exercise whenever I want with this and funny to say it but using your own body weight seems easier than actually using weights.

    Such a simple bit of equipment, easy to set up and then offers so many options to keep exercising at home and when on the move. Packs away neatly as well. No need for overly complicated and bulky weights etc. This allows you to use your body weight to great effect

    I was surprised at how sturdy this is, even when attached to a door. It's very similar to the strength of the gym TRX. I either use it attached to a door which is fine, or also I have some overhead grills in my hall which I can also use, which are definitely preferable as you can move both sides of the anchor point.The TRX app is not great for exercises, as it is quite limited. however, there are many great YouTube videos available which are good for all levels of fitness.I'd definitely recommend this TRX gear as an alternate to expensive classes. I haven't taken it on trips away as yet, however, it is very light so would work well for those who are regularly on the road.

    This is my second TRX suspension trainer. I find them so handy to take away with me. They can be used by just about any one in most conditions! They can give a challenging work out.

    I got the lightweight TRX GO. Kinda wish I'd bought the next level up given the straps are quite thin, but I wanted the lightest option to travel with and have used it a few times now and feels secure. Love TRX generally as a piece of equipment. Re: the key to free card, I contacted the vendor and apparently they are no longer doing that. Now it's just the standard free trial period on the app. Quick response back from the vendor, which was appreciated. Honestly, if they just update the Bolo page so no one expects the card, I wouldn't have even noticed anything was 'missing'. Overall, love having my very own TRX.

    No suelo hacer muchas reseñas de lo que compro, pero algo que llamó mucho mi atención es que los usuarios se quejaban de que no traía la key card para acceder al programa de TRX, cuando al menos en mi caso si me tocó, y deben prestar mucha atención, porque así como en las fotos donde se ve despegado algo, eso me pasó, pero la card estaba en la caja y sin ningún problema pude acceder.Ahora bien, con la key card, debo decir que no he logrado canjear el token, porque la plataforma de trx se actualizó, pero sólo te dan un mes de acceso a todas las rutinas, que claro con eso te basta. También tengo decir que tanto en youtube, y hasta TikTok hay una infinidad de vídeos donde puedes encontrar rutinas para principiantes, intermedios y avanzados.El equipo viene en perfectas condiciones, el poster viene en inglés, bueno en realidad todo viene en inglés. Me parece que ha sido de las mejores compras que hice y en mi caso aproveché el blackfriday, lo he estado usando ya por varios días, mandé a adaptar una agarradera para el trx y estoy sumamente satisfecho.De hecho ahorita estoy escribiendo la reseña con un dolor en los brazos, de que use el trx y pues como dije en el título, desde la primer rutina sientes el trabajo. Además, no voy a hablar mal de otras marcas, pero yo tengo entendido que si quieres seguridad, mejor opta por TRX, cargamos mucho sobre este producto y lo mejor es elegir algo de calidad.

    Es una maravilla que te abre a un mundo de ejercicios.Está bien hecho y terminado y viene con el accesorio para puertas que es fundamental.Es un poco caro, pero para su calidad merece la pena.Buena compra y buen vendedor
