Beautiful little teapot set with cups and saucers. The first teapot I received had unfortunately broken during transport however Katie responded to my query within 20 minutes and a new one had arrived at my door two days later perfectly intact. Really pleased with the customer service and product is definitely worth the money.

Lovely little tea, we get just about 3/4 mugs of tea out of this pot..First pot came and the handle was smashed off. Seller sent me another pot next day.Can't fault the service.

Extremely happy with the customer service received from Rinkit Ltd. The fit of the lid was compromised on the original teapot received which I reported to the company. I received correspondence immediately from Rinkit Ltd and after consultation with them another teapot was dispatched straight away. I received the replacement teapot within days and happy to say it is perfect. Very satisfied with the new teapot and very happy with the extraordinary service and communication experienced by Rinkit Ltd. I would recommend the company to anybody.

Jaime cette belle théière colorée, très déçue car je l'ai reçu cassé, surtout le renvoie est au frais des clients.Le service client sérieux et poli après qq échanges et photos de la théière cassée m'a remboursé rapidement.

Leider war der Deckel durch den Transport beschädigt. Wir haben es reklamiert und nicht nur, wie gewünscht, einen neuen Deckel, sondern gleich eine neue Kanne bekommen.Das war wirklich toll!

Me encanta y además mantiene mucho el calor. Tamaño para 2 tazas y media. La pena es que venga sin filtro y ya sería perfecta. La meto en el lavavajillas de vez en cuando y está impecable.
