    I saw all the great reviews everyone wrote about this, and was very sceptical so in turn I went to do my own separate research. I saw all the benefits and studies and some of the potential cons associated with this oil. I thought I’d still give it a try anyway to support my weight loss journey. I have to say I absolutely love this oil! I’ve only taken this oil for 4days but from the very first day I took it I noticed a few changes in my body. I started to feel less hungry and felt satisfied for much longer periods of time. The really aggressive cravings that I’m use to getting which cause me to snack on junk food, had disappeared and were extremely well controlled. When I ate real food such as salads and fish, I did NOT feel the need to snack on something sweet or savoury right after. Since I started the oil I eat two meals a day with one healthy snack, such as crackers and hummus and do intermittent fasting along side it. Drinking this oil in my tea once a day has made that all do-able. I go for walks three times a week doing 10000 steps, since all gyms are closed and I weight my self daily first thing in the morning and I’m watching the scale numbers decrease as I’m slowly loosing weight. This MCT oil has been a massive help/supporting aid in helping with my hunger levels and cravings. Otherwise I’d normally be eating about 4 meals a day and on a bad day during lock down maybe 5 meals and snacking in between. But the oil has helped me take back control and show discipline to sticking to a healthy diet, in my case a ketogenic diet. Obviously you still need to eat a balanced diet and do some form of exercise. This oil is a great support for those like me struggling to loose weight, and that are battling with hunger pains and constant cravings. But you must remember to drink LOADS of water 2L. I drink loads of water naturally and I’ve had no serious issues/side affects but towards the night time I do get a bit of a dry mouth. Follow the instructions as they are straight forward and simple but like I said balanced healthy diet and some form of exercise even if it’s light exercise it will make a difference; and most importantly you will feel the difference within yourself.

    I'm following a keto lifestyle for quite some time now (about 3 years). While the diet itself was always my primary goal to achieve nutritional ketosis I was always experimenting with various supplements that would help me with transitional periods after "cheat" carb days and low physical activity periods. Anyone doing the same would recognize UK market being particularly challenging in that respect as the choice of products is very small due to demand, lack of information and regulatory obstacles.There comes Damien and his online store Ketosource Ltd. He is one of the real Keto enthusiasts out there and very meticulous in his approach to science, very approachable and helpful. His store was the first reliable source to offer the top of the range products that are made famous due to unrelenting Keto protagonists like Dominic D'Agostino or Peter Attia. It was with great expectations when he announced his own line of products under the KetoPerformance brand name. And let me just say, they live up to a hype.I've tried and tested many MCT products over the years - from generic Coconut Oil to special pure C8s, in both powder and liquid form. This product is by far the purest C8 (the most potent MCT constituent) available on the market and produced in a healthy, clean and sustainable way. Damien did his research and made sure his product exceeds the current standard of similar market offerings. It's a tasteless pure clear oily liquid, that can be easily added to any food. It was a little surprising to me, how well it is tolerated by my gastrointestinal system. I've had various issues in the past with other MCTs, but I've easily tolerated two tablespoons of the product without any side effects. That's on par with the best of MCT powders, which I frankly find amazing and bear in mind that complex MCT doesn't come close to pure C8 in terms of ketone production stimulating capability. One tablespoon easily and reliably increases my plasma Beta-Hydroxybutyrate levels by advertised 0.5 mmol/L (measured by Abbot Freestyle blood test strips) within about half an hour which is the great way how to kickstart the liver ketone production pathway.If you're looking for MCTs, look no further. Highly recommended!

    This came quickly and unlike other things I have bought, came with good instructions. I put half a tsp in a black coffee & went from there. I now put 2 tsps in my coffee every morning. I can't say for sure if it is my will power or the combination of the oil & w.p but in the past week I have lost 4 lbs. I have always been an intermittent faster throughout my life. I'm 51 & menopause has taken its toll, I'm overweight but I think this oil is helping me mentally. Its tasteless & easy to take, helps me fast for longer, so all in all i would say try it. You need to have the correct frame of mind then adding this oil will help. Its not a miracle but its a great aid with IF.

    I didn't care about getting into ketosis the last few weeks, it's not difficult for me. My problem was: animal fat didn't give me enough energy, I also think that pork fat just doesn't taste good and it's too unhealthy for me. And I wanted to avoid dairy products more. BUT... when I'm not in ketosis, I get my energy from carbs. In ketosis? Of course: fat. I was incredibly weak the last few weeks, slept badly, had heart problems. So I needed a solution and what can I say? This MCT oil here has solved ALL my problems.I'm already used to higher fat consumption, so 8ml four times a day is no problem. It's absolutely amazing! I've already ordered another bottle!
