I really like the surface - you can use a lot less oil and they are very easy to wash. They lost a star cos' the handles are an ergonomic uncomfortable pain.

Though these pans would be non stick, used for first time to cook a breakfast and had to use the pink stuff to get rid of cooked on stains. Another set for the bin!

Easy to use lightweight highly recommended
Great set of pans!
I've been using both pans for several months, and really like them. The important thing to note is that you must follow the directions in order for the nonstick surface to work. I had a Gotham frying pan before, but did not read the instructions and ruined the nonstick surface.

I love that there is no oil or butter necessary
I love them! It’s just like they advertise on TV! Strong/durable easy to clean. I bought this set for my brother. He too, absolutely loves them! You are paying for quality when you buy this set of frypans.It is dishwasher safe; you can cook on higher levels of heat; and it does not scratch if you use metal utensils are used to stir. HOWEVER, my advice to everyone who wants the frypans to last a lifetime is to wash only by hand using a sponge; cook on “Medium Heat” max; and avoid using metal utensils often, to stir.
Don't put it in the dishwasher.
The first set of Gotham pans lost their non-stick after some time. Which I attribute to the dish washer.The new set are working find 2 years later, one of them is used daily. I heartily recommend them.
