    • Uniden UBC 355CLT is a quality base and mobile scanner in an elegant cabinet. Uniden UBC 355CLT is designed for home and mobile use, with a large speaker for excellent sound.

    The fixed channels are placed in eight banks, where seven are pre-programmed for known frequencies, e.g. maritime and air frequencies. The famous Close Call function is good for programming frequencies in your neighbourhood, else you never know who is transmitting near you.

    Included: AC adaptor, DC power cord, cigarette lighter cord, telescopic and window mount antenna, mounting bracket and owner’s manual.

    The scanner is a nice piece of kit, unfortunately would not be suitable for my father as he has Parkinson's Disease, I thought I would have a battle to get a refund. I could not have been further from the truth, I called for a returns reference number, the gentlemen dealt with me professionally, courteously and was very helpful. He even added a note to my account stating not to offer me any alternatives as my father would not be able to use them.

    Easy ordering via Bolo and speedy 1 day delivery. This item does exactly what it says on the box (and in the users manual) and makes an excellent first time scanner. Although really pleased with the UNC355CLT due to my own lack of research I now find that the CB125XLT will be more suitable for my needs. The seller is to be credited with excellent customer service re getting the best out of your scanner and in my case facilitating a return/exchange.

    An excellent compact Base Station Scanner which is very good value for it's price. The Scanner has 300 programmable Channels and is very sensitive when used with a dedicated after-purchase aerial. Comes with a good range of accessories including a mounting bracket and power cord for use as a mobile in the car. I liked this Scanner so much that I bought a second unit for mobile use! Easy to use and thoroughly recommended!

    Got this for a birthday gift and on seeing the tatty box I took pic’s before I opened the box. My hunch was right I was sent a scanner that was obviously a return. All the cables had been tied with sandwich ties and re boxed and the private bank on the scanner was full of preprogrammed frequencies by previous owner. Paid £140 and got refunded £100.01 . I will let the pics decide for themselves. Disappointed to say the least
