5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant tent, would highly recomend
I brought this tent as a easy tent to put up on quwick little camping trips with my partner and I was really sprised how good this tent is, it keeps water out really well and it is really sturdy in strong wind , the first time i used this was in Wales and there was a storm over night and throughout the night I kept supper dry and warm , also the black out works super well, in the morning it looks like it is 9 at night , it keeps the tent supper darck in the morning so u will definitely not be distrirbed by the morning sun , this tent is also good size to fit 3 single air beds in with a small gap between them and the way I sleep in it is with a king size air bed for me and my partner and with a king in it u sill have plenty of room for Ur bags, but if u are in role mats u can get 4 people in it if you put Ur stuff in the porch , taking about the porch it is a perfect size to keep shoes in and to sit in to put shoes on , u can have 2 pople sit in the front porch and put there shoes on easily. This tent also packs dowm really will and is easy to fold up and the bag is not one of them silly small bags , also when putting the tent up it is supper easy for one person to do by there self as u don't have to thred the poles thrown as it had clip on pols with the 2 layer design. Over all I am really pleased with this tent definitely the best tent I have purchased and amazing for the price I would highly recommend.
5.0 out of 5 stars Value for money.
Bought this for a last minute festival for myself. Really impressed with the quality of the tent and easy enough to put up solo. Enough space for one person but can’t see you fitting 4 people in it lol. Really well made. Porch area handing and the blackout does help you sleep well. Definitely recommend. Arrived the next day on time.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great tent
When I got the tent I set it up on the backyard and left it for nearly a week on continuous rain. And after a while when I checked for leaks and condensation I'm glad that it has held up pretty good, no signs of leaks or condensation the inside of the tent is bone dry. On the other hand, the vestibule has flooded a little bit. if only there is an attachment for the far end of the floor to the fly sheet to held up the side of the vestibule flooring. I also used this in a recent camping trip and the experienced the blackout capabilities was impressive. In total this is a good tent for camping and would be better if they fix the vestibule floor issue. Btw this 4 man tent Is heavy and bulky so would not recommendit for hiking or trekking.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very happy with it for a generous sized 2 person tent.
Bought to take my two small dogs on a trip while my husband is away and has only been put up in the garden to check that it’s all good. The bedroom compartment is very dark (considering the bright sunshine I put it up in), didn’t take long at all and it’s very straight forward.Bedroom is big enough to put a double campbed and still have sufficient room for 2 small lap-dogs. Not sure it would be ideal for more than two adults and a small child. Yes you could sleep 4 people in there, possibly even 5... but, I can fit 5 people in my tiny car, but I certainly wouldn’t want to!All in all, I’m happy with the quality, the price and for what I want to use it for.
5.0 out of 5 stars I got more sleep because of this tent
Very nice quality tent. We had some cold foggy nights, very strong winds and torrential rain for several days before a heatwave and this tent stayed dry and didn't budge at all even in very strong winds up on a hill. When the heat came along it did actually stay a bit cooler inside than a regular tent in the sun, and definitely helped me get a lot more sleep than other campers as I wasn't woken up at the crack of dawn by sunlight. The black out works well, it does allow a little light in above the door, but it only notices because of how dark the rest of the tent is.All in all a very good tent and perfect for anyone who is often woken by sunlight when camping in tents.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great tent
With this tent, I just went on vacation for a week; I liked the blackout feature because it prevented me from getting up too early. For two adults and our camping gear, it was fairly cozy. The four-man version is here. It handled the Irish weather extremely well. The only issue is that the porch area might have used a few additional attachment points to the ground sheet because the rain did get in here (only into the porch area), but this was an easy fix.All in all, I would strongly suggest this tent.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good tent, would 100% recommend but
This is our first tent. Never camped before. Husband was able to peg it in 25 minutes which we think is good enough time for first timers. The tent is as described on the advert. Nice light weight, spacious and with blacked out ‘bedroom’ and a small porch.I would be interested to know as to where could one procure the fiber glass pole of one broke. The tent doesn’t come with any warranty or spare pegs or fiber glass poles.Update : used the tent on our very first camping trip this summer. Felt it was very easy to put up and is a fantastic basic first tent for new campers who want to see if camping is for them or not before investing in bigger more expensive stuff. The black out bit works, there are enough pegs to put the things up and is water tight. BUT there are a few things to note. Some of the pegs bend when putting up the tent so would be worth build extra ones. The tent gets really hot during the hottest of the summer days. So best to plan something outside on hot days. No way four people can fit in this tent. All in all, good tent. But will buy another one when we are comfortable with camping.
Arrived on time, not straighforward to pitch, definitely not keeping cool/warm/not really dark
The tent arrived on time, arrived new and unopened, a reasonably quality item for the one time I have used it so far, in general.I would however like to stress that it being for 4 people is somewhat of an overstatement. Yes, 4 people will probably fit, stuffed like sausages next to each other, I suppose. I used it alone, at a festival, and space was enough for me alone. In lenght, it was barely enough, and I'm 180cm (feet at the entrance). Have not tried it the other way, will try next time. My 200x140cm inflatabel mattress barely fit in leght. It had still reasonably ample room on both sides, however. The 'pre-room space' is ok size, for the gear to be stored, but the protection from heavy rain and mud is relative. Both are likely to get inside there, so I wouldn't store food there, for instance, also likely to be attacked by insects. The black-out was a bit of a let-down. It is nowhere near 99% darkness or whatever they say. I don't need total darkness to sleep, so it was not that much of an issue, but 99% darkness is a huge overstatement. If you need near total darkness to sleep, this is not the tent for you or don't choose it on that basisThe biggest let-down is probably the alleged keeping cooler, while warm outside, and keeping warmer, while cool outside. It is simply not the case. The tent under direct sun becomes a furnace, even under the Belgian mid-August sun, which is not at all powerful, and anybody from Notrhern Europe will know. It's basically hotter inside the tent than outside, in that case. Therefore, darker tent or not (no black-out, as mentioned), it won't matter, becasue at 8 in the morning, but before 9 at the latest, you must get out of the tent, if you don't want to get cooked and still want to breathe. That is, if your tent is under direct sunlight, with no shade. If you are under trees, I suppose, it should be OK, but have not tried that yet (next Spring/Summer).For cooler temperatures, I guess it will keep somewhat darker inside than outside, because it will retain some of your own body heat. I passed nights with down to 10C, but by both having a thermal mat under my mattress, and by sleeping in a sleeping bag, with 9C as tolerable temperature (-3, as extreme, +15 as comfort), sleeping in the tent was OK (I've had worse). It was not straighforward to be pitched for an aoccasional camper. At the price point, I suppose it was OK (I got it with a promotion), quality so fas OK, the most important promise on coolness was not kept. Darkness not kept either, but not a fundamental point for me. Internal room is questionable (not really for 4 people, but for me alone it was OK, maybe not so much in length).Ventilation could be much better.
Bra kvalitet, snabb leverans
Second hand tent
Tent clearly had been used. Dirty with a lot of soil, a dirty sock. Further bent pegs, and a crook tentpole.Very disappointed as I will need to find another tent asap to go on holiday next week
