These won’t cure you, but they help and expect a bit of discomfort to start with, I’ve added heel cushioning as well as my pain is so bad at the moment.

Found it quite difficult to find insoles for this condition that aren't also for fallen arches. I don't have fallen arches and found these really comfortable.

I tried many different brands of shoe inserts, these were the best of the bunch, but were expensive. Shoe inserts do not relieve the pain completely for most people.

I purchased these insoles, as almost a last resort, having tried several remedies to reduce pain induced by Plantar Faciitis. I normally suffer very painful heels after a round of golf. I get painful heels normal, after about the halfway mark which gradually increases as the round finishes. It’s even worse having sat in the club house for an hour, before walking out to my car. This is more if a hobble, as my heels are very painful by then, as it is when I get up in the morning and first put weight on my feet. The other remedies helped my walking the next day, having carried out several recommended exercises and worn various support socks.I fitted these insoles into my golf shoes, having first removed the standard insoles. I noticed the difference having walked about 200 Metres. I had no or very little heel pain throughout 18 holes of golf and walked back to my car completely pained free. The next day I had greatly reduced heel pain on transferring weight onto my feet, on getting out of bed. Very impressed

I work in a warehouse where I walk over 10 miles every day. For years, I've struggled with pretty bad foot pain after every shift. I've always worn standard insoles and yes they helped a bit with cushioning, but the bottom of my foot in between my heel and toes was always the issue.This product solved my problem immediately after I started using it. My feet still get a bit sore just because I'm walking so much, but comparing to before is a world of difference. My performance at work is already seeing the benefits. I'm not nearly as exhausted despite walking a lot further than before.This is the best £20 I've spent in my life without exaggeration. If you're suffering from similar pains to me and you're not already using this, just give it a shot and see if it works for you.

Having been told l have Plantar Fasciitis l decided to buy this product to relief my pain, but having used these for 2 days the pain was excruciating for me. I could not get them out of my shoes quick enough. Did not work for me and definitely failed in giving me relief from pain.

They work
Works well for plantar fasciitis and easy to cut to size and place in shoes.
Fairly comfortable for Converse high tops
I tried these as an alternative to the stock insoles on Converse. Can say I am mildy impressed with these and the comfort they provide for all day wear. It really seems like a downgrade when starting, but feels much better once when you get a bit more acclimatized. If you do have foot problems, its not going to be a significant gamechanger, more of a gradual improvement that you notice.The converse insoles while thick are completely flat - no arch support means your feet are constantly working without rest. This is much thinner (hence the downgrade feeling), but more naturally molded to the foot arch. Getting it to size is easy, just keep the 2 insoles together and started cutting with a scissor.

I had developed a little pain on my left heel. I wore this when I played golf yesterday. It was superb. Gives good cushioning and comfort
