    Have used this tent a few times now, its good!Bedroom divider unzips to make one large bedroom which is made from blackout material keeping morning sunshine and heat at bay for a few extra hours, its surprising how dark it is during blazing sunshine.I camp with just myself and two small dogs, so its quite palatial, would be equally roomy for 2 adults and child.Putting it up by myself has been a little challenging but once I figured out my routine its perfectly do-able (see below).It comes in a large and fairly heavy bag (its a large tent), it lives in the attic when I’m not camping, getting it up there is another challenge which often means breaking out into a sweat.I leave the inner sleeping tent attached still inside when I pack it away. It fits in the bag easily enough, even when doing it all myself.When its up, I have an inflatable double mattress in the bedroom with a small table, huge amounts of room for bags/clothes etc.In the living space, I have a double inflatable settee and foot stall, camping larder with cooker and large fridge, it doesn’t feel cramped. Good views out through the large windows. The large main door has a fly screen which is great at keeping the buzzy things out during the evening.Lots of places to run power cables in from site supply or solar and to hang up lamps etc.It will be extremely comfy and easy to put up for/with two adults. I wouldn’t want to be stuck in it for two long (raining days etc) with more than 2 adults + child, maybe two.The quality seems good with no sign of wear and tear.Overall, very pleased.Putting it up on your own (approx 30 mins)1. Peg out just the middle hooks in the ground sheet2. Put all of the poles/frames in the sleeves (colour coded) with exception to the awning3. Erect the front frame upright with just one guy line (the middle line) holding it in sort-of place4. Erect the next one in a similar fashion (groundsheet will probably be all over the place, but give you lots of wiggle room)5. The last frame, again peg out with a single guy line (the middle one)6. Wiggle groundsheet around in to place7. Insert the awning poles and attach to front frame8. Peg all the remaining ground sheet hooks and guy lines out and tighten everything up.*If you peg the groundsheet into place before erecting the tent, it will be a nightmare.

    I bought my tent a few years ago and have used it many times has never let me down in windy, rainy conditions. ( even withstood a huge thunderstorm at a festival.)Still going strong. Easy to pitch ( I recommend two person job) . Blackout bedrooms are a must , cosy and roomy. Love the big windows. Might be a good idea spray with a tent re-waterproofing after a couple of years .

    I bought this tent with the view to use it on family camping trips or even in the back garden with the kids.When it arrived the kids and I were really looking forward to opening it up and setting it up. We opened the box and took a look at the instructions (which are quite limited, I would recommend watching the video on the Coleman website) and decided to start putting it up.Armed with the knowledge from our recently watched video we were ready to go and proceeded to set up the tent. With 2 adults I would say you can easily pitch this tent in 20 minutes. With 2 kids helping you can easily add another 30 minutes :) . Please note that the time I stated to pitch the tent does not include the time to undo all of the guide ropes from their initial position and peg them. For this I would say add another 20 minutes.Unfortunately for us, during the unboxing process we noticed that arguably the most important pole that supports the flap over the entrance was broken. This meant that the porch area at the front would have to be left loose unless replacement poles / or a solution was found. (more about this later).The quality of the material is generally good (waterproof fabric, stitching, steel poles, blackout technology). The only thing that let it down for us was the broken fibreglass pole.As the pole was shorter than expected when unboxing I do not know how long the replacement pole should have been and therefore ordering a generic replacement was tricky. Coleman customer service were absolutely terrible responding to questions and finding replacement poles is almost as tricky as finding a four leaf clover in a desert.However, after several hours of research, translation and luck I was able to find replacement poles, but they only come in the full set that the tent requires (i.e. 2 steel poles and 2 fibreglass poles).Pros:- The tent looks great.- It has a large enough reception area for tables and 4 chairs.- Blackout technology allows for a darker and warmer cabin.- It has a removable zipped dividing section in the sleeping area.- Integrated floor panels keep the tent dry and bug free.Cons:- Fibreglass poles flimsy and genuine replacements difficult to source.- Sleeping area can become full of condensation after a nights sleep. Opening the zipped vents solves the problem but the tradeoff is more light can then enter.- Zips placed in the middle of the doors to ensure you know where they are actually hinders accessibility as you have to open both zips on the door (one up and one down) to enter/exit instead of one simple motion with one zip.

    Took tent on a one month holiday. Spacious and vestibule is wonderful on very sunny days or rainy days. Takes a good half hour to mount. Fairly good airation. One of the toggles that holds the inner tent ripped, a little leakage from the corners in the vestibule. Would have liked a pocket in vestibule as well. All round good tent for the car camping we do. A footprint would be useful if camping on gravel, which was our case.

    Great tent but one of the poles snapped the first time I used it. Sadly, after 2 months of trying I have still not heard from Coleman customer services about a replacement.

    Commentaire fait après trois étés d'utilisation - Attention, ce n'est pas une tente pour partir en rando, elle fait 17 ou 18 kilos et prend de la place dans un coffre de voiture, il faut le savoir. Le montage est plutôt aisé surtout après avoir regardé le tuto sur YouTube. Pour ma part, je suis papa célibataire et la monte à chaque fois avec l'aide de ma petite fille de moins de 10 ans (tout ça pour dire qu'il ne faut pas une équipe de maçons et un ingénieur en BTP comme parfois pour certaine marque...). Seul petit hic, je trouve que certains points d'accroche des cordes de tension ne sont pas forcément positionnés de manière nominale, une amélioration de ce côté là serait envisageable. Le top du top est la partie nuit qui est vraiment sombre et permet de faire la grasse matinée sans problème. Vous vous dites, père célibataire avec une fille, c'est vraiment une grosse tente...oui, c'est vrai mais j'aime mon confort !! Deux lits pico, table, chaises, frigo,..etc, un vrai petit palace pour nos séjours de 15 jours de camping annuel, j'ai passé l'âge de camper façon Koh Lanta !!Dans l'ensemble Nickel, je recommande.

    Das Vierpersonen Tunnelzelt von Coleman ist in einem Tragesack verpackt. In diesem finden sich: Außenzelt, Innenzelt, 2x Beutel mit Stangen, Heringe und eine Aufbauanleitung. Besonders praktisch: Die Anleitung ist an dem Tragesack festgenäht. Dies hat zum Vorteil, dass man diese immer dabei hat und nicht so leicht verlieren kann, denn so eine Gebrauchsanweisung verschwindet ansonsten schnell mal in einer unübersichtlichen Schublade.Der Tragesack macht ansonsten einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Der Sack ist grau und lässt sich an zwei breiten, roten Bändern tragen. Außen sind Firmenlogo, Infos und Warnhinweise, sowie das Gewicht des Zeltes aufgedruckt. Das Zelt hat ein stolzes Gewicht von 18,5 Kilo. Somit eignet es sich nicht für Trekking-, Fahrrad- oder Motorradtouren. Um in einen Campingurlaub zu fahren oder ähnliches, dafür umso besser. Hauptsache, das Zelt muss nicht stundenlang getragen werden, denn das könnte anstrengend werden. Da ich dieses Zelt aber lediglich nutzen werde, wenn ich mein Auto anbei parken kann und den Tragesack nur ausladen, stellt das Gewicht kein Problem dar.Der Tragesack des Zeltes scheint relativ großzügig bemessen. Dies erachte ich als einen sehr großen Vorteil, da das ganze „Wieder-in-die-Hülle-Gequetsche“ auf Dauer doch ziemlich nervig ist. Darüber war ich positiv erfreut.
Der Aufbau des Zeltes gestaltet sich als relativ einfach. Beim ersten Mal Aufbauen haben wir knappe 40 Minuten gebraucht, beim zweiten Mal nur noch 25 Minuten. Die Stangen für das Zelt sind markiert, sowie auch die passenden Schlaufen. Dadurch wird Verwirrung vermieden und der rechtmäßige Platz für die Stangen war schnell gefunden. Das Hauptgerüst des Zeltes steht durch 2x2 ineinander gesteckte Stangen. Diese sind dicker als daumenbreit und bieten dem Zelt somit die nötige Stabilität. Vorne und hinten werden dann noch jeweils eine dünne Stange montiert. Eine dünnere Stange wird dabei in ein vorgefertigtes Loch der dickeren Stange integriert, sodass ein kleines Vordach entsteht. Dies ist sehr praktisch, damit der Eingang nicht nass geregnet wird oder um dreckige Schuhe abzustellen. Steht das Grundgerüst für das Zelt lässt sich dieses einfach mit Heringen und den am Zelt montierten Seilen befestigen.Es muss dazu gesagt werden, dass wir das Zelt zu zweit aufgebaut haben. Das Zelt alleine auf zu bauen könnte eine größere Herausforderung werden und auch deutlich mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Allerdings gehe ich davon aus, dass man bei der Nutzung dieses vier Mann Zeltes noch mindestens eine weitere Person im Gepäck hat.Der Aufbau des Innenzeltes ist schnell erledigt. Dieses muss lediglich mit 4 schnellen fest geklipst werden und mit weiteren Seilen einfach in die dafür gefertigten Schlaufen eingehängt. Eine Sache von zwei Minuten.Ta-Da! Es ist geschafft! Das Zelt steht! Und es macht optisch sogar noch sehr was her! Das dunkle grün harmoniert sehr schön mit dem grau des Zeltes. Die hellgrünen Markierungen für Eingänge und Lüftungen, sowie die neonorangenen Bänder versetzen dem ganzen noch ein paar farbliche Highlights! Auf der einen Seite des Zeltes ist ein Fenster eingebaut und auf der anderen ein zweiter Eingang. Dies ist meiner Meinung nach immer besonders praktisch, denn wenn man beide Eingänge öffnet, kann das Zelt gut durch gelüftet werden. Des Weiteren bestehen die Türen jeweils aus einer Stofftür, sowie einem Moskitonetz. So kann bei „Offener Tür“ geschlafen werden, ohne dass die Insekten ins Zelt kommen. Die Eingänge des Zeltes lassen sich einrollen über dem Eingang befestigen, was ein leichtes Rein- und Rauskommen ermöglicht.Das Zelt hat eine beträchtliche Höhe. Ich kann mich mit meinen 1.77 cm ohne Probleme unter das Vordach stellen, sowie ins Außenzelt. Das Außenzelt bietet ausreichend Platz. Alleine hier könnten 4 Personen nächtigen. Koffer, Proviant, etc. können also problemlos verstaut werden. Es könnte sogar ein Feldbett aufgebaut werden, sollte es doch mal eine Person mehr sein.An das Außenzelt schließen die zwei Schlafkabinen an. Diese sind von innen komplett schwarz und lassen kein Tageslicht herein. So bleibt die Temperatur im Zelt schön konstant und man wird beim Schlafen nicht durch frühe Sonnenstrahlen geweckt. In die Kabinen passen auch problemlos zwei Personen nebeneinander hinein. Tolles Feature: Die Trennwand zwischen den Kabinen kann mit einem Reißverschluss auf- und abgebaut werden, sodass man wahlweise zwei Kabinen oder eine große Kabine erhält. Eine große Kabine ist zum Beispiel praktisch, wenn man doch mal eine Person mehr ins Zelt quetschen möchte. Die Personenangabe von vier Personen ist also absolut gerechtfertigt und man kann entspannt schlafen. Dies ist ein großes Plus, da oft die angegebene Personenzahl bei Zelten sehr knapp bemessen ist.Das Zelt ist insgesamt sehr groß und nimmt daher auch auf Campingplätzen viel Platz ein. Dafür ist es sehr geräumig. Dies sollte man jedoch bedenken bevor man damit los zieht.Das Zelt stand vier Tage und wurde auch Regen und Wind ausgesetzt. Der Innenraum des Zeltes ist komplett trocken geblieben und selbst wenn der Wind nicht sonderlich stark war, scheint es einen sehr stabilen Eindruck zu machen. Unter größerem Wind das Zelt aufzubauen stelle ich mir jedoch schwierig vor. 

Der Abbau des Zeltes erfolgt sehr flink. In einer Viertelstunde ist alles eingepackt und zurück in der (zum Glück großzügig bemessenen) Tragetasche verstaut.
FAZIT: Super Zelt für Campingurlaube für vier Personen. Tolles Design, guter Komfort, einfacher Aufbau, tolle Features und Einzelheiten. Sehr empfehlenswert.
