I bought these around 10 weeks after having a baby! I was suffering with really bad pp hair loss and was willing to try anything.I have been taking daily since early September and honestly it’s worth sticking with them, my hair loss is slowly stopping and the regrowth is wild (in a good way). My nails have also really benefitted from taking these too! Cannot recommend enough!!

Can’t comment on how well these work as I’m only onto my 10th day … they taste nice a were delivered quickly. I’m going to continue taking them for the 3 months and see if they make a difference after losing a lot of hair.

The best vitamins for hair and nails
I started using the shampoo + conditioner and I loved it ! I am taking the vitamins now for 3 months. The first thing that I noticed was my nails super strong and my eye lashes longer (this is not what I wanted but a plus). My hair has not stopped growing in these 3 months, I cut my hair in March (3 months ago) and it has grown almost 10 cm ! It is crazy ! I am starting now to recommend them to everybody :)
