When we moved home I accidently left a lot of my pans behind, so after reading reviews I bought this pan BUT on arrival it had a dent, there was grit shoved into the cardboard box it was in, I should think it had been dropped! I was not very happy as it was brand new and should have looked it... so I was going to return the pan when my sensible daughter showed me that the cooking surface was perfect and I should give it a chance as it would possibly be thrown away on return. This was a few years ago, I still have my dented pan, it still makes perfect pancakes!

I had really high hopes for these pans, as they were recommended by a friend. However, I have been so disappointed by all three pans I purchased, the Cambridge 20 and 24 cm pans and the crepe pan. Very soon after I started using these, the non stick feature disappeared. Even with lots of oil, all food sticks, eggs always come out a mess, foods gets burnt on and is not removed with repeated washing. I finally broke down after having them for over a year, and used steel wool to remove the burnt on marks, which worked really well. I have emailed the company directly several times (which was difficult, as last year for months there were no contact details on their site), with no response whatsoever. Appalling customer service. I see that lots of others have had great experiences with these pans, though I see a number of comments that are very similar to mine. Not sure why these are so hit and miss. In any case, I now need to buy new pans, and I am doing tons of research so I never end up with such horrible products again.

This frying pan is used daily and dishwasher-cleaned daily, with no signs of wear and tear yet (almost a year later). The heat distribution is excellent, the non-stick is extremely non-stick and the handle and pan are comfortable to handle. Absolutely satisfied and have no issues.

My family makes pancakes daily. We have purchased many pans but most don't last very long. This pan has been excellent at keeping it's non-stick surface.Like with all pans, you need to take good care of it by* never overheating* allowing plenty of time to cool down before cleaning* using only gentle cleaning materialsIf you do have an accident and burn a pancake, leave the pan to cool naturally for at least an hour and soak. Worst thing you could do to any hot pancake pan is putting it in cold water.

Works well on induction cooker and uses less heat.We have used other pans for making chappati but doesn’t last long. This one is bit expensive but seems good quality

Really good pain to use for just about anything that you don’t need a side to. It’s nice and heavy a good solid feeling and cooks evenly across the pan. Simple to wash up and nothing sticks on it so far

I have used the pan many times since I bought it. Now it is sticky, so I feel that I have wasted my money.
Love a toxi-free nonstick pan...
This may say pancake pan BUT it is fantastic for making crepes! I've always had difficult making crepes & I saw this looked like a crepe pan & guess what? It works! It allows you to make those beautifully thin crepes that won't stick to the pan PLUS it is toxin free! Don't use metal utensils on this pan. After a couple of minutes, simply lift up a little of the edges of the crepe all the way around with a silicone spatula then flip to finish cooking the other side for a couple of minutes. It works!

I was looking for a healthy non stick pan and to my research ceramic pans is the best,i ordered this pancake iron from greenpan, it arrived and looked great though each time I used it smoke and smell came from between the pan and cook top, I have induction stove, and after only few times using it my stove was destroyed both few scratches and some kind of layer was coating the stove from the pan, super sad my stove was destroyed and inhaling the probably poisonous smoke I did now want to use the pan again...DON'T BUY THIS BRAND in my opinion....
