    I got these to try for my long distance cycle rides. They are good, taste great, provide good energy, and the wrappers being biodegradable are handy too.

    Much easier to use than gels or gummies and I love that the wrapping can be discarded without littering the ground. The taste is great too and it does give you that extra unth needed on any run or workout. My only slight concern is that the wrapping can break or if running in the wet can start to break apart quickly meaning if you don't use a whole block and want to keep it, it's hard to store afterwards.You do get 10 for the price though the taste is great (I have the coffee and Guava) me and a few from my running club have now moved across to these and as more people try and taste them I think most of us will transfer from Gels or gummies.The issues I have with Gels is the packaging and how easily it gets sticky sometimes your hands too, you are unable to discard the wrapper and some do give you issues with your stomach. I liked the gummies but it's not that easy to get them out of the packet plus they do get stuck to your teeth and than you have the wrapper also at the end. These are easy to open during a run, no mess and a quick bite is all you need every now and then. I recommend to anyone to at least try them.

    I’m not a fan of gels so wanted something different. I like the fact you could throw the ‘wrapper’ being a dried leaf. It is very sweet! A whole square was too much for a 15k but perfect to nibble on. I only used half at a time. Taste is nice and does the job of quick reboot of energy when starting to flag.

    Went cycling up Mt Tiede in Tenerife (>2 hours climbing from sea level) and had previously found it very challenging regarding fuelling and having enough energy.This year I had a pack of 10 luchos energy blocks (the pack fit snuggly in the back of my jersey) and a couple of minutes after eating the blocks I genuinely felt a good kick of sustained energy, even when the legs were really suffering!A very minor consideration is that these are best consumed stationery or at very slow speed as the natural vine leaves need a bit of unwrapping.I found them much tastier than all the previous gels I've tried and were very easy on the stomach. The fact that they're vegan and come in compostable wrapping is a bonus! Looking forward to trying the other flavours.

    I absolutely love these! A lot of other products/gels don't agree with my stomach on long runs, but these are great, no issues whatsoever. I have used them all the way up to 100k runs and they haven't let me down. Easy to eat whilst on the run and you can easily dispose of the natural packaging. As commented somewhere before, slightly annoying that the package comes wrapped in plastic as that seems to defeat the point of the natural packaging, but hopefully that's something they can change going forward. Overall though, a great product with great flavours. Would highly recommend

    The product itself I really like. Taste is good, easy to digest and carb content is good.Ironically the issue I have is the packaging. I had these in a front pocket of my running pack on a 40 mile ultra and it rained. They got wet and the packaging isn't waterproof so they became sticky messes in my pack. Tried to sort it but ended up making myself a sticky mess.The next few ultras I've just repackaged them so the smart leaf idea is useless...

    These are delicious, and remind me of the fruit jellies you sometimes get at Christmas - with a nice crunchiness combined with a softer texture. We take them on long mountain walks as an energy boost. The only problem is resisting eating the whole pack!

    I heard about these from a running group I follow on youtube, and I am a convert. I used gels for runs, but these are more affordable and easier to dispose of during runs. I like to cut mine into quarters so it's easier to pop one in my mouth during the run. They dissolve in your mouth nicely and don't leave a sticky residue on your teeth. Gave me a good boost to keep going.

    Het product zelf is goed. Maar was enigszins teleurgesteld over de houdbaarheidsdatum op de verpakking. Geleverd in de eerste week van november 2023 en een houdbaarheidsdatum van 2 december 2023. Zo snel gaan deze niet op. Tip: vermeld de houdbaarheidsdatum op de website. Is wel zo klantvriendelijk.

    Amazing product! The texture and flavour is so satisfying to have during a run. This totally boosted my energy and isn't awkward to eat while moving. The block is quite big so maybe cut before if you don't want to eat it all in one go as it is very sweet!
