Centrum Performance men's and women's multivitamins have been developed with micronutrients to specifically support the health and wellbeing of adults with a busy and stressful lifestyle. Centrum Performance multivitamin contains pantothenic acid to help maintain an active mind. The formula also contains ginseng extracts to support physical performance and vitamins B6 and B12 to help unlock energy from your diet - all of which help support those with a busy lifestyle. Packaging and tablet colour may vary slightly. You may have noticed that the way our Centrum tablets look has changed. This is because we have replaced one of the components we use to colour the tablet called the ‘opacifier’, from titanium dioxide to calcium carbonate. I run and exercise every day so I need something strong to keep my body and mind going as they should. These are the vitamins I found which are most complex with lots of minerals and vitamins. I get enough energy for the whole day if I take 1 after breakfast, daily. I taste and smell nothing, which is good. Swallowing is easy, unlike some other vitamins. The price is cheapest here in Bolo.

I still don't know if the improvement in my daily tasks is from Ginseng or from the multivitamin and minerals complex...After trying a cheaper product that was a simple multivitamin and had no extra features, and sadly feeling no improvements, I bought this Centrum. Of course Centrum is more expensive, but considering the ones I had before this is the only one that meets the same specs as the ones I had a long time ago.Afraid that the normal Centrum would not be as good as this one, I bought Performance instead. Regarding its specs I have to say that there are always some values that have higher or lower quantities comparing with others but from what I've read it's very good, comparing it to some renowned multivitamin products from sport brands I can say that it's at the same level.Very good product, after 3 or 4 days of taking one tablet a day I felt an improvement in energy (I don't drink much coffee now, before 5 or 6 per day was normal and still...).One thing that still makes me take multivitamins is that in the morning I struggle to get out of bed because when I am extremely tired I just can't get up... now, I get up and immediately feel that I'm awake. On the first week there was one day I woke up at 5 A.M. almost 2h before the alarm clock, and felt that I could start the day right then.It depends on everybody's needs but if you can pay a bit more and Centrum is not expensive considering the specs, I'd recommend it! If in the UK then you can buy directly from Bolo that I can't because they don't send this to Portugal and then I think it's the best, you pay half of what I do!!Excellent product! Thanks!

I've been using this for over 6 years now and I have not been able to stop ordering this. Since taking these, I have felt different and have gained more confidence in my performance and the energy I need to help me get through the day including my 12 hour shifts I doAs a Vegetarian, me and my other half take this multivitamin as part of our daily routine as the nutrients from the tablet aims to support mental and physical performance every day and as part of being a Vegetarian, we require extra nutrients if we are not receiving enough of that within our diet intake.The multivitamin is designed to support cells and overall health in men and women. Contains Vitamin B6 and B12 to help support release and it is known to be high in Vitamin D.How to use: You take one tablet daily with water, preferably with food. You can not exceed the recommended daily dose. Suitable for adults over 16. This contains Vit A which is not suit for pregnant woman without consulting a health care professional.Overall I highly recommend this if you feel sluggish, lack of energy, fatigue, bloated, no energy or even lack of motivation.. this contains almost all the high perc nutrients you need to help you get though the day! It's the perfect boost and you can obtain this at most local supermarkets or of course here at Bolo!

Ok so this Multivitamin is easy to swallow and gives you a wide range of vitamins and mineralsI have being taking these for 3 months now, Do I feel different well to be honest no even though I am all these extra vits and mins I don't feel like a new person but just knowing I am helping my body and health is a benefit. With todays food most vits and mins are lost so that extra help cant be a bad thing right?

Titles misleading but now I've got you. These vitamins are an absolute sensation.Literally hours after taking one the misses had to pull me off the kids climbing frame from doing pull-ups. I gave one to each and every neighbour and we spent the night doing the hokey cokey around the grove til the early hours.Jokes aside don't know if these did anything to be fair but hope you enjoyed the read.
