Overall, these multivitamins are great for providing the nutrients I need daily, and I’ve felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels since I started taking them. The value for money is solid, and the ingredients seem to be of good quality. However, I did notice that some of the tablets were broken upon arrival, which can make dosing a bit inconsistent. It’s a minor inconvenience, but something to keep in mind. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the product and would recommend it with that small caveat.

A good variety of vitamins and minerals in a tablet thats not too big and a great shape that makes them them easy to swallow and theres no aftertaste. They come in one large tub rather than a few smaller ones which means less needless packaging too.
