The first one arrived promptly - without the nozzle!I complained - a replacement, which looks great and which works perfectly, arrived within 24 hours!The return arrangement for the incomplete one - at my local post office - could not have been simpler.All I had to do was hand over the item with the code sent to me by Bolo - I didn't even need to parcel it up.Very impressed with the replacement service - I wish other retailers were that efficient.

It was lighter in weight than i thought and feels alittle plasticy but once filled and in use it is really lovely and looks more expensive than what it is. I love it

After only 8 months of use the shiny plastic at top is already turning black. Very disappointed. Difficult to contact the company in Germany.Update: managed to contact Wenko who are now sending me a replacement, so excellent customer service. Just hope it lasts longer than the original!

Joli style faut le reconnaitre mais j’avoue être un peu déçu par la solidité... Tout est en plastique, un peu léger tout de même... Pour le prix on ne dit rien.
Schöner und robuster Seifenspender
Der Seifenspender macht bisher (rund 3 Monate im Einsatz) einen guten und robusten Eindruck. Das Design ist schlicht, sodass der Spender sicherlich in fast jedes Bad passt. Das eine oder andere Unglück am Waschbecken lässt sich durch das leichte und laut Produktbeschreibung bruchsichere Material sicherlich vermeiden.
