Lovely looking saddle but unfortunately wasn't any good for my 6 year old. The stirrups attach very high into the seat and it was painful for my daughter to sit on. Would suit smaller riders maybe

Equus now shipped same day as purchase, arrived well packed. Saddle pad is perfect for those round ponies and toddlers who aren't ready for a traditional treed saddle, but need a little extra security. Extremely well made, real leather.
Great Shetland saddle!
Perfect solution to those short, round little ponies that no saddle will fit. Looks nice and seems like it will hold up well. We are very happy with this purchase.
Good for the price, good for fat ponies
I first bought this for a round, no wither, roly poly pony. It worked great for the little kids.However, the pony did not. So we sold her and got another pony that has a high wither and a narrow back.This little saddle/bareback pad hybrid did not work for him. It cut into his high wither. Even with padding.The child in this picture is 8 years old. It does not fit for her but at the time it was the only thing we had for this pony. This is probably better for the average kid up to 5 years old, maybe six.
Not worth the money
Arrived covered in a white film. Cleaned it with leather oil, it's fine now but quite flimsy for the money
