I suppose it's hard to be objective about their overall value, but as I am in my seventies and take one a day, and still manage to accomplish most tasks, they must be of some benefit.Of course there are numerous factors to good health, but I believe they are a sensible investment, at a reasonable price and these are much cheaper on Bolo compared to the High Street.

I've been using this for years. I always buy centrum with more vitamins and minerals, rather than go by what names of their different products suggest. Check and compare ingredients and judge for yourself. Tablets are relatively easy to take, never choked on them.
