Assembly is quick and easy. Literally takes a minute or two and doesn't require any tools - everything is held together by sturdy built-in clips. Does the job perfectly fine for the length of hose I need although I'm not so sure if it would be good for 45m as advertised, for anyone who might need it for that sort of length.Works well, I'm happy.

Came on time, 5 minutes to assemble, the plastic is a little flimsy but when all fastened together it does feel more sturdy, it is very light, it hold my 30 meter pipe with extra space for more, very easy to use, much faster winding in the pipe than doing it manually great value.

cannot see what all the fuss is about putting the hose reel together it is quite simple really only thing l would suggest is DO NOT clip the parts together just push the bars in just a bit then add the other pieces loose and when you are happy push it all together job done .The instructions are quite okay you dont need any words the pictures are enough and as some one pointed out the handle can go either end as well

It’s OK. But that’s about it. It does a job of holding a hose in place and the connectors all work fine. It’s a snap/click product that is easy to out together. But as soon as you tug the hose it will fall over.

Bought to replace an existing hose reel which had just perished through age. This is good value and does the job - I have it mounted on the wall. It would be nice if there was a clip on the frame to hold the end of the hose in place (as my old one did) so the sprayer doesn’t flap around, but that is just being picky.

Assembly wasn't the easyest - tip lube the bits that slide into each other with some liquid dishwater soap, makes life a lot easier!

I have a hozelock cart and about 25 meteres hose with that in my back garden. Unfortunately I dont have any tap in the back garden but I have one in the front garden. So, I have a long (about 15 m) feeder hose front to back which works for me. However, handling of the feeder hose was a bit of a faff pulling to front and then pulling it back to back garden and storing it over hoselock cart. This arrangement was more time consuming and sorting out the tangles.I wanted something that was not very expensive and not too big either. This fit the bill. Now I use this one for feeder and then I have attched the two hoses using standard connectors and 2-3 m hose. Just a couple of things: 1. Its lightweight and can topple over when you pull the hose away ( I put a brick on one of the legs then its fine) and 2. While assembling it can be hard to insert the pieces into the slot fully until they click. (I used a rubber mallet to hammer those in and it was easy and not damaging the plastic.). All in all good for what I needed it for.
