Had this up for a number of months now and it's perfect, no problems at all.

A bit flimsier than it looks on line but very light and easy to fit to ceiling. Terminal block very small and okay for tiny led wires but not for mains copper cores, easy to change though. Very bright for size and looks well when fitted (in a porch in my case). Reasonable value at price.

This ceiling light is very poor quality. Metalwork and plastic very flimsy. It does carry the CE mark - but is that genuine? As soon as this was connected to mains there was a loud bang and circuit breaker tripped. On Inspection there is evidence of arcing around one of the LED modules - so would appear to have shorted to earth. A user manual (LoL) is supplied, but English is apalling. Here is an example exactly as written - "Our products are made of acrylic plastic and aluminum for the shell as the shade side which will bring people light and produce poor quality due to the weight of illusion amd (sic) safer than glass" And another example - "When you put into our applicable space inside and turn it on, you will get an unexpected result". I CERTAINLY DID GET AN UNEXPECTED RESULT!!

Bought as a replacement as I'm about to move house. The original lasted 20 months before the transformer burnt out. Easy to install and provides adequate light for our small en suite. If I wasn't moving then I would have bought a different light!

After putting in new cabinets, realized the doors won't open because the previous pendant style light in the way. Looked at Bolo to buy cheapest enough light. Reviews say it's flimsy but once it's installed it looks pretty good.Easy to install (took roughly ten to fifteen mins) and looks very good (although wished didn't get 6000k but a bit warmer colour). Time will tell how long it lasts.

It really is small and lightweight. And the light is like a moonlit night.Everything is the thinnest possible, but I suppose once it's on the ceiling that doesn't matter.But it just is not bright enough and the colour is "moonlight". Weird effect almost ghost like.

I needed a low-power light for the 'smallest room', and this (8W) was the lowest I could find. The light looks very blue as it reflects from my off-white tiles. It is ideal for a bathroom, but I would not want one in a living room as the light seems too cold. I may have another in my workshop.Fitting was no more fiddly than with any other ceiling light, but the lack of weight made it easy to support while connecting the cables. The challenge is that the fixing holes are widely spread, so the screws went into the plasterboard. Again, the lack of weight helps - there is no strain on the fixings. Other light fittings have fixing holes placed so that the screws go through the plasterboard and into a wooden joist.Beware, there are no replaceable 'bulbs', just the diode chips mounted on the back-plate. I don't know if it would fail altogether if a single chip stopped working.
