5.0 out of 5 stars Good stuff
I use an electric grinder and have it in porridge, cakes, salads, ... pretty much anything. You get the odd gritty bit though, because it is the whole seed, but i can live with that. To be honest, i don't notice the flavour in amongst everything else but i have it as it is supposed to be good for you.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great little seeds.
These are great value seeds. Fresh and fast delivery. I've never had problems grinding them. The shells just go to dust and are good for your bowels. You only grind them as you need them, otherwise you lose the goodness. So only do up to two tablespoons at once. I've been eating these for years they're tasty and great mixid in with oats. I also bring sesame, pumpkin and flax. It's a brilliant mix in the morning.
4.0 out of 5 stars Last for long
This is good quality and value for money. I use the seeds to make milk, love the taste
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice nutty flavour but in my opinion essential to grind these little seeds in a coffee grinder!
I mix these seeds, having ground them, with beans and salad, or cooked lentils with quinoa. Delicious! Adds a little crunch and very nutritious. Good value.
5.0 out of 5 stars Hemp is the future
Hemp seeds are good for you so I take a tablespoon everyday.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good quality
I love them whole and popped into a smoothie.Although you can put them in a coffee grinder if you want them finer
5.0 out of 5 stars Hemp seeds - a nutty addition to breakfast
All's ok with this - a hefty bag of hemp seeds from a reliable supplier. I add these to my muesli or porridge. They don't soften after adding liquid (although this might depend on how long you soak the hemp seeds) but that's not to suggest that they're hard to digest. They're just crunchy really with a mildly nutty taste.
1.0 out of 5 stars Dangerous
The bag I received has loads of smaller rock hard seeds mixed in with the hemp seeds. Maybe to increase the weight with cheaper seeds, either way I am warning you that this is dangerous. This is the only review I have ever written.
