I will definitely be repurchasing this chocolate. It's divine.I use it in an electric milk frother (a cheap one not the one from the chocolate hotel) and it works a treat. The smoothest, frothiest, most delicious beverage ever. It's rich without being sickly and makes the hot chocolate of your dreams.This huge bag of chocolate is excellent value for money when you compare to other brands out there. Could you grate your own bar of chocolate for less money? Of course you could but realistically, who can be bothered with that? I'd end up grating my fingers so that's a no from me. Do yourself a favour, buy this instead of slaving over a cheese grater with a bar of chocolate.

After a recent purchase of a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser I was looking for an alternative to their sachets which worked out at £13.00 per 10x35g sachets which made for an expensive home made hot chocolate. The Sephra Dark Hot chocolate is in 1 kg bag for £13 and is just as smooth and tasty as the premium brand. The ground chocolate flakes were actually finer than the premium brand and melt so quickly in the velvetiser. Discovering this brand at this price point means the family can now enjoy a gorgeous chocolate drink whenever they want without breaking the bank.

Made using a hot chocolate maker and it's superb. Fantastic taste, not bitter but not too sweet or sickly either and easily blended flakes. I will definitely buy again, great taste.

Disappointed in the fact it’s supposed to be a gift however it has chocolate on the bag, black dirt on the front and back this it’s been dropped around on the floor along with the label being all torn and ruined. Will stick to buying direct in future.

I'm on my fourth bag of this since my original favourite Callebaut went out of stock ages ago due to a temporary closure of their factory. It comes in a handy resealable bag and I've found a scoop that holds the perfect amount of chocolate for one cup. I make it in a milk frother with either cow's milk or almond milk. It melts easily producing a creamy, chocolatey, comforting drink with a nice frothy top. Haven't found any other products that beat it and I've tried several!

My wife likes her hot chocolate but is quite finicky. Was expecting a pain in the ear from this as it is good value for money so wasn't expecting too much from the taste. Surprisingly it gained her taste approval! Perhaps a fraction too sweet but nice smooth taste.
