    This is my second order of these over 50's multi vitamin. Gentle in the stomach and easy to swallow. They contain everything I need, and definitely recommend them. Also good value.

    Since having cancer a couple of years ago, I have taken multivits. I usually buy them at my local pharmacy, but these were good value as they are for 3 months, with the bonus of no childproof lid! I struggle to open them due to arthritis. They don't upset my tum, and though they taste fairly bad, are relatively easy to swallow (they're quite big and rough, though, so others may find them more difficult).

    I bought these because I'm on autoimmune suppressants which makes my immune system low. So far I haven't needed any antibiotics this year and I put it down to the tablets. They are large pills some people might struggle to swallow them
