Ended up having these mushrooms in a Japanese-style hot pot with a handful of friends and they tasted SOO good, even my picky-eating friends agreed! We rehydrated them over a few hours then added them to the boiling broth and they absorbed the flavour so well. Would 100% recommend them.

OK dried mushrooms but I ordered 2 packs shitake got one pack shitake and one pack porcini. Whole mushrooms so not many in a pack and more rubbery than fully dried.
