    I have never been able to tan and always had very fair skin. Since I’ve taken this, I do not burn and I catch a nice tan. Very satisfied with this product :)

    I bought these as they had good reviews, I started taking them a few months before my holiday, not sure if they would help with a tan.I have to say after my holiday, I did have a nice colour, I still wore sun creams but I noticed colour for the first time on my milk bottle white legs. I'm going to carry on taking them, I haven't noticed any side effects, easy to swallow.

    This product is brilliant! I normally have white, and I mean very white skin. When exposed to the sun I usually go red, burn then peel, despite beling liberally covered in sun cream. This summer I took these capsules and developed a lovely golden tan and I needed much less sun cream.People who say this product doesn't work mustn't being going out in the sun. They aren't miracle pills, they just increase the melanin in your body that reacts with the sun to give you a tan. You won't go brown if you stay indoors!I thoroughly recommend this product 😎

    Been using for 7 weeks now. On holiday for 3 of those weeks and absolutely no tan/colour difference. Not sure if coincidence,but I didn't get prickly heat which I normally do,so worth taking just for that!

    J'aime beaucoup l'effet qu'il donne sur ma peau.J'avais l'impression d'avoir pris le soleil alors que je travaille à domicile pendant 52h semaine donc je vois très peu le jour.Je recommande ce produit et je renouvellerai l'année prochaine cet article dès début mars.1 gélule à prendre par jour et vous aurez un beau teint doré/cuivré.

    Not sure whether this helped me or not, but I am dark like a chocolate.It says the daily dose is 1 pill, I took 2 for several weeks in advance and then proceeded to take 2 during my 14 days in Greece.I spent a lot of time in the sun, must admit that, but I believe this helped to, as I really got some colour really fast.I also used Nivea suncream with the same ingredient, to get even better tan.If you are crazy enough, but the jam and watch the magic happen.
