I have been taking this probiotic over 5 months so far. I can see the difference.Before trying out this product, I have taken several other products (Solga, Garden of life, Nutracraft, Swansom..etc) over 4 years, which have not helped me much, although they had mostly 50 billion CFU.I can clearly see the difference when I go to toilet, my stool colour has been better. I don't have problems related to constipation nor diarrhea with this product.I have been suffering from IBS (irritable vowel syndrome) and I feel better with this product, I don't have much pain on my intestine any more.I did not have any uncomfortable stomach either ( i have sensitive stomach so I am extra careful to choose the right one for me ).I have a gluten sensitivity. This is Gluten free and 100 percent natural so I am very please with this product. I can rely on the quality.I think I have tried different brands so far, It is better to find the one which works the best. In my case, I have got some benefits from this product, I will keep taking this product for my health.

Normally, I take a fairly unusual greens probiotic to help with an autoimmune disorder that I suffer from, but my regular probiotic went out of stock for quite a while, so I found this one to use in the meantime. It got me over the period when I didn't have my regular probiotic, and I've actually decided to keep taking Naturelo's probiotic alongside my old probiotic now that my old one is back in stock, as the two seem to work really well together - I'm finding it much easier to eat food than I used to, having those two probiotics together has given me an actual appetite!I was a little surprised that the Naturelo probiotics don't need to be refrigerated, but they've worked fine even though I don't keep them in the fridge, so I'm pleased with them.

I am very happy with these. I just recently finished an antibiotic course which really messed up my digestive system. I was feeling sick to my stomach and had some minor diarrhoea. I would have preferred to take probiotics alongside the antibiotics but it was only a three day course so I didn’t really have chance to order them in time.For the first few days taking these I struggled to find the right time to take them. The instructions say to take on an empty stomach which for most people would be first thing in the morning but I have to take a pill cocktail for various conditions with food so as not to damage my stomach lining, and I found taking the probiotic later in the day with food contributed towards my stomach being upset. That said, it did clear up the minor diarrhoea and make my stools go back to normal which I was very happy with.Eventually I settled on taking them last thing at night as I don’t eat much in the evening and I figured my stomach would be empty whilst I was asleep. I noticed the difference instantly the next day. No more feeling sick, no more cramps, no more indigestion. Like magic.So these are definitely best taken on an empty stomach, and they have definitely made my digestive system go back to normal. I will probably only be taking them short term, that is once I’ve finished the 30 day bottle I won’t buy more. But if I have to take antibiotics again or have any other reason to take probiotics, I will definitely be back to buy these!

I purchase Naturelo vitamins for myself and my son and have been very pleased with them. I needed to try probiotics as I developed bloating and discomfort, but there are so many brands on the market it is difficult to choose. I opted for Naturelo Probiotic confident in the quality given that my son and I rate the vitamins highly. It has a wide range of bacteria and has the advantage of not having to be stored in the fridge. I havent taken them for long enough yet to report any outcomes

I have/had severe leaky gut and autoimmune issues. I have cleaned up my diet, supplemented with l-glutamine and digestive enzymes, but was still experiencing chronic symptoms. The last piece of the puzzle appeared to be repopulating my gut with beneficial bacteria. I was correct. I am glad I chose this probiotic, because the results, even in just two weeks, have been incredible. I took double the dose, i.e. one 50 billion capsule twice per day and my inflammation has vanished. My digestion is running like a German train system, exact same time everyday. I can't promise you'll get the same benefits, because there are a lot of variables like diet, etc. that need to be altered when dealing with gut issues. However, in terms of its quality, this probiotic is as good as any.I contacted Naturelo because I was curious about the specific breakdown of the 11 strains over the 50 billion CFUs. This is not specified on the bottle. They timely replied and provided me with the following info –L. acidophilus: 10 billionL. plantarum: 10 billionL. rhamnosus: 5 billionL. paracasei: 5 billionL. salivarius: 5 billionL. casei: 5 billionS. thermophilus: 2 billionB. longum: 2 billionB. lactis: 2 billionB. breve: 2 billionB. bifidum: 2 billionI've just ordered my second bottle. Just found this company recently. I've only been on their probiotic about 6 days and I feel great! As their products are whole food grown (non synthetic), GMO free and Organic, we can be sure we're getting the absolute best of the best with the synergistic components. I've ordered their premium Multivitamin and Vitamin C also. Here's hoping this wonderful company maintains their ethos and doesn't eventually sell out as some others unfortunately end up doing.

Not entirely sure about this product. I took two one day and it awoke me in the night. I cut back to one a day and I do not know what effect it is having on me to be honest? I have noticed I have gone for more regular number twos...But that could be from good diet and exercise?
It does work
I used to take another probiotic as my Singapore doctor recommend. This probiotic works much better for me and improved my system after 60 days.
Starting to lose weight after trying everything
I started this a few days ago, nearly giving up on the fact that I was going to lose any weight. I have tried intermittent fasting, just to gain it all back when I stopped doing it. I have had regular exercise since December 1, 2023 and still no weight loss. I have cut down on my food intake. Trying this product only a few days ago, I am down a couple of pounds. It takes away my appetite so I do not eat quite so much.

Best probiotic
This is the best probiotic I've ever taken. Helps with digestion and prevents bloating. It's reduced food intolerance and improved my immune system.
