Great protein bars, quick delivery
Okay-ish
For 200 kcal it's supposed to taste mediocre. However, I've heard so many good things about Quest Bars in the past that I wanted to find out myself.Well, let's just say that I prefer my homemade bars and Powerbar more. While my homemade bars have the same calories and Powerbar has about 100 calories more, they taste infinitely better and are much more sustainable to your lifestyle in the long run. Sure with Quest Bars you have less calories than with other protein bars, but you lose out on great taste and enjoyment. For an athlete or someone who needs a strict diet this might be a godsend as it will fill you up and the protein content will satiate you. But for everyone else I recommend to get something that tastes so good that you want to eat it whenever you have to (Like in between meals or when you want a dessert after a not so filling meal.
