The item did not work as it should of. When candles were made and lit the wax looked as though it had exploded like a volcano and leaked out of holder and went all crumbley and cracked I would like a refund for this item as it was obviously a bad batch

I bought this to use for my small business and it is the worst wax I have ever come across. Firstly I’m not sure it’s even pure soy as it drys with a shiny finish like paraffin wax. Secondly the lavender I always mix into my candle wax stuck to the mould and didn’t infuse inside the wax as it should, the scent throw is awful and my candles keep snapping and crumbling. I have made hundreds of candles with other types of wax and none have turned out like this. My wax has cracks in it and it’s overall just not good. I really do not recommend

Acheté pour fabriquer des bougies sans parfum. La cire est de bonne qualité, facile d'utilisation. La taille des pastilles permet de doser de façon précise. Son parfum naturel est très agréable. Petit bémol, le sachet non refermable. Prévoir un contenant hermétique pour conserver la cire entre deux utilisations
