Our divinely nourishing ghee is specially made to order during the spring and summer months from organic English butter, produced only from cows that are out grazing in their lush West Country pastures. Careful slow cooking in the traditional manner, using only the finest organic butter gives Na'vi Ghee its beautiful golden colour, delicate aroma and nutty sweetness.
As one of nature's most nourishing treasures, the goodness of ghee is revered in Ayurvedic medicine. It's flavour, nutritional profile and medicinal value mean it is one of the healthiest sources of edible fat. Traditionally used to aid digestion, nourish the skin and assist in the assimilation of nutrients in the body. Ghee is rich in omega 3 & 9 essential fatty acids and in fat soluble vitamins, A D, E and K.

I have bought ghee before from other vendors (before I found this) and often it arrived damaged and the flavour was poor.This product however is exactly what I was looking forward and transformed the Asian style cooking I was attempting into something I could be quite proud of. i really, really like this ghee. it tastes so creamy, smooth and like mild toffee but not. Perfect on toast and scones. I bet good cooks love this for making currys etc. unfortunately my cooking skills are truly shameful ☺️ its is pricey but worth it. would recommend indeed. i will buy again as its delicious. i keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh but think you can store it in a cool place too.it arrived all safely packaged and in excellent condition. Thank you.
