Bought for photography, audition swlftapes etc. Yeah nice product. Stupid place to put the plug power pack half way up the wire as they are top heavy lights when erected on stand and the weight of the pack can Contribute to a topple if gently knocked which has happened a few times. Quite dangerous as hard edges on actual lights. Nice and bright but not too impressed with the bright, medium or warm settings. I thought for the price they would have more variety but quite limited. I do love the lights though. Best purchase for a while. Easily packed away, taked up little space and easy and quick to set up. Price is good and I Do recommend. They work nicely for our needs.

Really pleased with these so far. The diffusers don't soften the light a great deal but I attached these to a brolly head to shoot through a diffuser brolly instead and the results are great. If I was being picky:1. It would be nice if they were a touch brighter2. You don't seem to be able to buy barn door attachments to fit these which is a shame3. It would be nice if the brightness and colour values could be changed independently4. Power cable is a bit short so look to add batteries if you need flexibility on-siteThat said, for the price these are absolutely fantastic. Very pleased

i thought about this for weeks. can i really do interview style filming without a proper lighting setup...? the answer is no you need lighting that you can control. you need to be able to control the amount of light and the softness of it. this product will get you most of the way there. its brighter than i though and theres two of them. you'll have to spend 600 to a 1000 to get anything professional anyway. stands are solid ive owned tonnes of lighting stands and these are great, not going to break any time soon. if you were takiing them out every day then upgrade but these are wicked. solid lamp units, zero complaints. only wished id bought them sooner instead off waiting.

The lamps are great quality and look really nice, bright enough for small studio work but the 2 things that let them down are… the power cables are to short, when you highten the light the adapter box annoyingly swings so an extra metre on the adapter cables would make a great difference… secondly the tripods are garbage, I think if there was an offer at a slightly higher price to include the carbon fibre tripods and the cable issue was solved then this would definitely be a 5 star review.

I use these lights for streaming on a daily basis. They are not the cheapest but they are great quality and thy work really well. They are easy to transport to different sites. I’m very pleased with these.The diffuser plate covering the LEDs is not great but it does the job.
