First test was thinly slicing a ripe tomato it worked perfectly. Seems to be sturdy and the notch in the end to keep it on top of a bowl is a great idea. Word of warning use the safety guard and keep your fingers.

Was all ok till needed to change blades. The one already fitted took me 20 minutes to get out and only by using a screwdriver to get it to budge. And then none of the julienne blades...which are a good 3rd shorter than the main blade , would not fit !!!!!...wasted money.
