I had one of those plastic ones but it wasn’t cleaning my tongue. I got this and it gives a much better clean, and you can get further back without gagging! You’ve got to give it a few scrapes, but it doesn’t cut your tongue, although I have at times been too harsh and hurt my tongue. Sometimes you have to angle it to get the centre of your tongue, but overall brilliant quality and you get two!!

I've used these for years, they're so good, they do last a long time but eventually it starts to bend in the middle and snaps but they do last a long time before that happens. Using a tongue scraper is essential in practicing good oral hygiene. Its amazing to see what comes of your tongue, quite satisfying! I've used plastic ones in the past but they're rubbish and never get rid of all the gunk on my tongue. I wouldn't be without these. Good for breath too when you've got a clean pinky tongue! I also brush, floss and use mouthwash in addition to this.

They’re not too good, I used to use them every day, twice a day, but then after about 5 days it began to hurt when I used it. I had to stop using it. No fault of the brand but just tongue scrappers in general. It may have been becasue I was using it too hard or too often, but I just used it until my tongue looked clean, like, maybe 7 scrapes? Anyways do what you will with this information.

I've always brushed my tongue when cleaning my teeth, but this seems to prevent that build-up of film on the tongue as the day goes on. I was dubious at first, but it really does seem to keep my mouth fresh the whole day.

Clean Tongue
I have brushed my tongue for many years. Scraping my tongue with Yoga Medic Tongue Scraper is a much better option. I get a cleaner tongue with less effort. I clean the scraper by running hot water over it daily and drying it with a tissue every few days.
