SMEG can't be beaten on quality, stylish and great design. There not the cheapest by any means, but you pay for what you get. Excellent kettle quiet and fast boiling and looks fab. Couldn't resist it at the price we paid

I am very pleased with this kettle. It looks gorgeous. It has a flip open lid which allows very easy access to refill with water. The lead can be wrapped around a cord holder under the base if you need to shorten the grey cable. It is noisier than my previous kettle when boiling but it doesn't bother me. It will keep looking nice as not like a stainless steel finish where it can have streak marks. It has a nice sturdy handle for pouring and the spout doesn't drip.

We purchased this kettle as a replacement for the same model we had had before and it had lasted 5 years so thought that we a good life for something that is used multiple times a day.

Easily the best looking kettle for any kitchen - both modern and traditional. Excellent build quality and smooth pouring action. Boils in good time. However, I’ve noticed that after boiling, condensation builds up on the inside of the lid (obviously!) and if opened fully straight after use the condensation has a tendency to drip down the outside of the kettle where the lid overlaps the casing, on to the base and then our work top. Not great if you’re like me and you choose to empty / de-steam your kettle straight after use (as advised). I can only put this down to a design flaw rather than a manufacturing fault. Only a minor niggle but irritating nevertheless for such a well constructed and expensive kettle. Should be flawless!

Slight delay with courier’s delivery attempt but product eventually arrived safely and everything seems to be in great condition. Kettle itself lives up to brand name and is fairly quiet when boiling, looks great and good price

Lovely kettle
Great looking kettle. 👌 Handle seems a bit flimsy as the bracket that the handle is attached to is plastic. It works perfectly so might not be am issue. Everything else is perfect

Couldn't use the kettle
Wasn't able to use it cord was too big to fit into the power point therefore I had to send it back still waiting on my refund it's been beyond 10 days if someone could help me get my refund back thst would be great
