    Still a boy at 66 but with a smidgeon of envy a gift for Grandson. Heavy die cast construction finely detailed down to track pattern. Yes track comes off when subject to excessive shear force but easily put back on. Full articulation and rotational detail and joints stiff but will loosen up with use, unfortunately not mine.

    Good and solid. My grandson loves it. Two minor concerns:1. The mechanism is a bit stiff for a youngster (but hopefully it will loosen in time.2. The tracks come off easily and could get lost. Are spared available?

    quite stiff to move the parts and the tracks do come off easy (and go back on easy).some guy had broken the boom on his and said it was weak - it’s a toy, sure it will break if forced, ours is still totally intact in spite of being dropped a few times, and it is a heavy piece - i reckon about 15 tonnes.Best part of a year later and still going strong!

    Wanted a metal toy - was just what I was looking for. Arrived in good time, we’ll packed, nicely detailed. However, had to buy this digger because the company repeatedly sent wrong toy when I ordered the loader.

    I brought this digger for my grandson, he is digger, tipper trucks ect mad. This model is great, heavy, moves beautifully, great detail. My grandson has lots, big small, plastic ect, but he loves this one (honestly he does) He said grandad it’s a real digger!. I suppose he see’s it as a small proper digger. He is two and a half. The plastic ones will break but I’m sure this one will be in his bedroom for years to come.

    I visited my great nephews recently and they were absolutely delighted with their new gifts. My nephew said they had been playing with the toys a lot. He said they were extremely robust and well made which is definitely what you need for a lively 5 year old and a rascal if a 3 year old.

    Bonne qualité meme si on se doute que les flexibles de la pelle en plastique ne vont pas durer longtemps, par contre suite a deux commentaires ou ils disaient qu’elle etait teop raide pour un enfant, J’ai décidé de d’ouvrir la boîte pour vérifier, effectivement c’est un peu trop dur pour un enfant même un peu difficile pour un adulte, mais il t a une solution, pour la tourelle, demontez la petite plaque en dessous pour huiler, vous pouvez meme demonter le pivot facilement pour graisser. Et utilisez de l’huile en bombe pour les articulations, les pivots et les verrins, puis fait quelques mouvements avec la pelle et comme par magie en quelques coups elle devient hyper facile a manœuvrer. Donc en gros c’est comme une pelleteuse reelle il faut la graisser pour que ça fonctionne bien. Ensuite un petit coup de chiffon vous mettez dans la boîte ni vu ni connu et l’enfant sera content 👌🏻 Sinon jouet robuste en metal qui peut durer longtemps je pense meme dans les bacs a sable. Les chevilles peuvent s’enlever grace aux deux roues avant montées sur ressort. Pratique pour netoyer si besoin.

    Leksaksgrävare helt i metall, förutom larvfötterna som är gjorda av gummi. Tyvärr sitter banden väldigt dåligt på grävaren, och ramlar av nästan omgående när man börjar köra med den. Har man dessutom barn som leker extra aktivt med grejerna så kan du lika gärna ta bort banden direkt.

    My son is 5 and completely obsessed with excavators of all shapes and sizes. He’s had several plastic models, none of which are able to stand up to a boy’s play. However, this one just may be the exception.This all-metal excavator seems to be very sturdy and looks exactly like a real one (it should... it’s a 1:40 model). The “hydraulics” are somewhat stiff and take two hands to extend and compress, but they may loosen up after some play time. The tracks are rubber and they roll very smoothly.Overall, we are impressed with the model and my son loves it more than breathing... it was his favorite Christmas gift by far. The price was also very reasonable for a well-made toy. It remains to be seen whether it will stand the test of the time and a little boy’s imagination, but so far, so good!
