4 stars to me is a very good product. A lot of very average products seem to get a lot of 5 star reviews on Bolo which is very misleading. Inulin and prebiotics have been getting a lot of attention recently when it comes to gut health and even autism studies and this product is a very easy way to get it compared to other inulin supplement. Not entirely sure of the efficacy yet but it seems to be doing a good job so far. I've ordered directly from their website and they've just arrived. Because they taste like sweets, the supplement doesn't last that long!

I mean, gosh, coming on Bolo to review something related to your digestive health is a little bit embarrassing, but I had to say something because this product is that fantastic.I don't have IBS and it's rare that I get stomach bugs, so I can't speak to those experiences but I do have very inconsistent movement. Unless I'm eating an extremely low-fat and high-fibre diet (my normal diet is full of fruits, grains and vegetables - I genuinely don't have room for improvement unless I want to become a deeply insufferable person who never has any fun), I'm not blessed with a daily rhythm. If I eat anything starchy, it's constipation for 48 hours+ and a rock-hard end result (!). This is obviously just not realistic, we all have changes in diet, travelling, birthdays, and meals out with family and friends where we have something different or want a treat. I was sick of these events upsetting things for days, heaven forbid I have more than 2 events in a week I'd start piling on weight and feeling miserable as my body panicked. As I get just that little bit older it gets worse and worse so it was time to try something new.Taste-wise, they do have an apple flavour to start with and then I think they're a bit raisin-like but still pleasant. They're so good I don't care what they taste like, it's an added bonus that they're perfectly nice.I always eat one with breakfast and one with dinner. I make sure I don't take them too close to medications or other supplements (apparently this can disrupt absorption). I have to say going from being completely irregular to the kind of daily experience I've only had when my diet has been incredibly strict has been way more exciting than it should be. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

I never write reviews but these are so great that I felt I should. My son has had poo accidents for the last 6 years (sometimes 5 plus times a day) after back and forward to the doctors they decided it was a fibre problem and put him on fybogel which he promptly refused because of the taste. I found these online and thought anything was worth a try. These are flipping amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. My son was accident free within a few days and has been for the last 4 weeks. He happily takes one everyday and says his tummy feels better.

I was looking for something easy to add fibre to my day. These tasted fine and the texture was similar to a wine gum, but after 2-weeks of my stomach gurgling and not being able to go I had to give up on them as they seemed to be having the opposite effect on me. I drink plenty of water and have found that fibre products in the past usually work quite quickly. Maybe these work differently for everyone, but personally I definitely do not recommend them.

Taste great
Taking this with my GLP-1 medication so far so good.Update 5/5/24: I’ve used two bottles and I have seen a huge difference in my gut health. I’ve noticed when I’m out & in between bottles my gut health goes back to what it was before, no bueno! These gummies work wonders!

This really works...
Like most women, going to the bathroom is not a regular and pleasant event. Like most people adding fiber to my diet did not always provide the intended outcome. Also I cannot take psyllium husk because all that does is make me bloated and constipated. These gummies really do work. I have been taking them daily for about 2-3 weeks now and I have been going on average everyday (depending on how much food I ingested). The go is comfortable and there is absolutely no bloating. I have to say that there is increased gas as others have stated but, I have no issues with extra gas if when I go I can eliminate totally and comfortably. The taste is OK and not off-putting. The gummies are tender and don't stick in your teeth. Good luck!
