I wanted a black soap to use as shampoo. I bought the PraNaturals 100% Organic Raw African Black Soap because it is 100% organic and raw. It lathers very well and you only need a very small amount, it also washes out very quickly. It also makes my skin feel very soft.I will definitely buy again.

I’ve just received & used it twice it’s made my face feel clean without the tightness of other face soaps. Skin feels fresh & not dry. I cut block into 3 little blocks to make it last. Yes it doesn’t look very appealing on side of sink because of its colour. My son sed it looks like someone has taken a s*** on sink. Love the scent.

I've been using this specific soap for years and somehow never left a review. I did stop using it for about a year and my face was breaking out all the time (and I was using expensive cleansers like CeraVe etc). Early this year I remembered to buy this again and within a few days my skin was clear (and has stayed that way until now. It has also massively improved some hyperpigmentation / dark spots I had on my face, neck and chest from previous spots/pimples. I also find that this soap keeps my skin from producing too much oil. My face is now way less oily than it was previously. I should add that I religiously wash my face with this soap every morning and every night. I have also successfully healed a couple of large tattoos by washing them with warm water and this soap (it's natually antibacterial). I love how simple and natural my face routine is now and how much better my skin looks. Even my partner said my face / skin is much softer now. Buy it - you won't regret it!

Not suitable for normal to dry skin!This soap is ok and probably more suitable for oily skin as I started getting a dry patch on my leg after using this product for about a month. I have never suffered from eczema before therefore won't be purchasing it again.

I'm in love with this soap and will always use it from now on. It's very gentle on the skin and feels high quality all round and more natural to use than most soaps. It's great for washing the face and any part of the body and leaves the skin feeling healthier and softer afterwards. I've had people ask me what my skincare routine is because since using this I don't get any imperfections and all I do is wash my face with this soap and use generic moisturizers.The bar is also good value for money. I cut it into 6 or so smaller blocks and have put them in a zip lock bag for storage, only using 1 at a time in each sink. I recommend cutting the soap in smaller blocks, because otherwise it will not look very nice after some uses. By cutting it in small blocks and putting it on a soap holder, it will look more tidy and presentable in your bathroom.

The itching was soon accompanied by visible scratch and marks on my body, which was both alarming and disappointing.I would advise anyone considering black African soap to proceed with caution, especially if you have sensitive skin. Conduct a patch test before full use, and be prepared to discontinue immediately if any adverse reactions occur. While many people may enjoy the soap’s benefits, my personal experience was a stark reminder that natural doesn’t always mean irritation-free.Overall, my foray into using black African soap was a regrettable one, leaving my skin in a worse condition than before. Always listen to your body and prioritize its health and comfort over popular trends.

This is a great product I brought this for my son who was experiencing skin problems he had creams from the doctors but it wasn't clearing up so I brought him this soap as my mum used it many years ago, we noticed straight away an improvement in his skin, it's a daily use now just wished I had remembered sooner how good this soap is for your skin.

Tres contente de ce savon, il est plus onéreux que les savons solides qu’on peut trouver dans le commerce mais il en vaut la peine. Il ne sent pas très bon (forcément il a l’air brut) mais il décape bien la peau, je l’utile tout les jours avec un filet de pêche et je nourris ma peau avec du beurre de karité pure, ma peau est super après.Je le met aussi toute la nuit en tache bien ciblé sur les bouton pour les assécher et ça marche.J’ai trouvé dans les commentaires l’idée de le couper pour le garder plus longtemps et effectivement je l’ai coupé en 4 morceaux, cela fait trois mois que je l’utilise quotidiennement et il m’en reste encore deux morceaux. Soit la moitié, le fait de le couper évite que tout le bloc fonde sur le bord de la baignoire !
