Here are FAQs
Q1: Sound distortion or low volume
Maybe it's because the current is too low that the speaker's power is insufficient. Especially when connected directly to computers, the current of USB interface of some computers will be less than 1A.
Q2: Continuous noise
Because many computers don't deal with power systems in a special way, when both the audio and the power cord are connected, the speaker receives the current signal from the computer and generates noise.
Q3: Less or no bass
It may be because the speaker is underpowered, or it's because the bass diaphragm is damaged in transportation.
The above three problems, we suggest you to try to replace other equipment to power first, such as 5V charger, and make sure the current is greater than 1A.

5.0 out of 5 stars Quality Speakers
Bought the speakers as a gift for a family member. Despite their compact size, these speakers offer surprisingly clear and balanced audio. They're a sleek addition to any computer setup, enhancing the overall experience without taking up much space. While they're not meant for high-end audio tasks, they're perfect for regular computer use, offering great sound for casual listening. A fantastic, budget-friendly gift for anyone looking to improve their computer audio
4.0 out of 5 stars Good sound for the size and price
Right then, down to the details:Sizewise they're nice and small (8cm tall and 10cm wide) so they fit rather nicely under the monitor so they minimise the space they take up. Sound quality is ok for their size, depending on what you want them for. If you're just after general use speakers for laptop or light use they're absolutely grand - if you want them for music playback or gaming then they're ok, but don't quite have the depth of sound needed. There's a volume control wheel on the wire connecting one of the speakers - it works well, but can sometimes be difficult to reach if you are using a fixed pc setup. Not a problem with laptop as the leads are long enough for portable devices, but I'd have preferred the control to be mounted in one of the speakers for ease of access. As regards the blue light, it's decent - not too bright if you're working in low light conditions, though make sure it's not in a powered usb port (the type that's always 'on' to recharge gadgets) or the light will stay on permanently.Price-wise difficult to beat. They're a decent price and seem solidly built (as much as anything is these days...... I remember back when...... ).
5.0 out of 5 stars Sound quality much better than expected.Easy set up.Would recomend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great little speakers
I was a little confused by the Bolo reviews for these speakers. I was looking for a set of small speakers to complement my new desktop pc and very high spec - but speakerless - 27" monitor. The pc will be used mainly for CAD and image processing but I like a little music while I work and I do play the odd driving game. For serious gaming I will use a set of quality headphones but I wanted a set of fairly low cost speakers for casual listening. I have had monster speaker kits for pc in the past but they take up too much room and I end up turning the volume right down to avoid disturbing others anyway so..... just a simple set will do as long as the sound is reasonably good. The Sanyun SW102s looked ideal and most reviews confirmed this. However, there were a few very negative ones including at least one stating that the good reviews were all fake and the product was junk!Well, you always get a few weird reviews (and reviewers) and if they were really junk they would go back to Bolo for a refund - at the price it was certainly worth the risk of minor hassle.Well, the positive reviews were spot on and I really don't know what the negative ones were listening to or expecting. No, they don't sound as good as the Mission speakers in my lounge - but they cost 20 times less! They are perfect for my needs and the sound is actually far better than I expected for the price. They were 'plug and play; I just plugged the power and audio leads into the back of the pc, placed the speakers either side of my monitor stand (so they effectively take up no desk space) and got perfectly adequate sound. Plenty loud enough for music and casual gaming with none of the 'tinny' sound described by some negative reviews and they are silent (to my ears anyway) when no sound is being sent from the pc.I can understand that the blue lights are not to everyone's taste and it would be nice if they could be switched off. However, the fact that they stay on after I close down the pc reminds me that its still using energy and I should really switch off at the wall socket.Delivery was amazingly fast - pretty much next working day - and far earlier than promised. For what they are and what they promise for the price, I can't fault these speakers and the customer service was exemplary.
3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
I looked at the many positive reviews for this product and decided to buy two sets, one of me, one for my daughter. They arrived the next day, nicely packed. I opened one set. They certainly look nice speakers - much nicer than you expect for that price. I plugged them in. First, I played the slow movement from a Mozart string quartet. Lovely clear sound - so much better than from the cheapies I bought last year. Then I played O Patria Mia from Aida. There was significant distortion from the left speaker at the higher and louder notes. I played another version of the aria. The same. Then I tried the opening of Haydn's Nelson Mass. The left speaker sounded blown. And so I left the other box unopened and asked for an immediate refund on both. This is a shame, and perhaps I should have tried the other set and asked for a replacement for the ones I had tried. But, though the undistorted sound was admirable, I had lost trust in the product. I will wait for my refund to process and continue my search for new speakers.I wish I could say better than I have.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent set of speakers for Desktop
Ok, Wasn't expected much here, I've bought soundbars for more that are awful, but these are seriously good for the price. Well made, look more expensive than £20. LED lights pointless but no complaints, they look great.Sound is loud and very clear even at full volume, no crackling at all. Not a huge amount of base, but your desk will likely supply that, or pc equaliser. All in all, one of the better cheap purchases from here.
1.0 out of 5 stars Sadly died after 12 months
Purchased these a year ago 03/08/23. Working fine but have now developed a fault where they cause what ever they are connected to via usb to shut down. So if you connect to a laptop or computer it causes it to have a power fault and close down. When connected to a usb plug it causes the fuse to blow. For £30 I would have expected them to last more than a year. Hopefully not caused any permanent damage to the computers we have tried to connect these too. Just spend a few pound more and by some branded ones

Sanyun SW102 PC-Lautsprecher,
