    Bought this to try due to frequent bouts of insomnia (sleeping pills from doc can only do so much). I want sure it would help. The idea of something over my face while I slept. But this is amazing. I cant recommend it enough. So light and soft to wear u don’t even realise it’s on!!! Currently on third one (I keep taking them off in morning then forgetting where I put them!). If u have trouble sleeping I would definately give this a try. Might not work for everyone but can’t go wrong trying at the low price for quality item!

    I spent years hearing people say that eye masks improve your quality of sleep... I wouldn't say I particularly believed them, although I didn't disbelieve them either... I really wish I had listened to them before now... Since buying this eye mask I get 8 hours sleep a night... (obviously this depends on what time I go to bed)... It isn't just the length of time I sleep... Its the quality of sleep... I wear a sports watch that measures sleep time as well as hours of deep sleep... I'm not for a minute going to suggest that these watches are scientifically accurate... because they are not... However... I am able to look back at the readings before wearing the eye mask and after... and there is a substantial improvement in overall sleep duration as well as the duration of deep sleep... This is all the evidence I need to be convinced that the eye mask improves sleep...Its not rocket science that there are huge benefits to our health and wellbeing from sleeping well... This eye mask is comfortable and completely 'black-out'... My concerns that it would be uncomfortable and irritating were unfounded... I got used to it after the first night of wearing it... I hang it on my bed post and slip it on as soon as I feel like going to sleep... I'll even go one step further... I actually look forward to sleep nowadays... I never used to remember my dreams, but now I do... Its pretty cool... Highly recommended...Just as a footnote... I haven't got round to wearing the enclosed ear plugs yet... that seems like a step too far... but It wouldn't surprise me if they improved sleep even further...

    Bought after watching long video review and needed as a night shift workerI washed as per instructions before use. It does feel light and gentle, however I see daylight all round bottom so will reserve judgement!!3 weeks later and it’s still same… daylight at the bottom. It turns up at the tip of your nose as you keep pulling lower to get rid of the daylight. . If you pull it down, it doesn’t fit correctly. If you need total blackout, try different brand!

    SUMMARY: Bought this for myself to replace the old one I had, as I sleep in the living room with no curtains, so needed this for my eyes.GOODIES: Arrived fast, and it is soft to touch, feel good on the skin, doesn't rub or anything.Adjustable feature is perfect, to make it perfect fit.RECOMMENDATION: It would be great to have a bigger eye area patch, as I could still see a bit of light from underneath.

    I became very sensitive to any amount of light and sound over the past 5 years. Night time has been very poor in sleep if I hear any sound or the slightest hint of light. I had tried sleep masks before, usually the strap is flimsy and they don't truly block out light around the nasal area. WOW that all changed last week. I LOVE this mask and ordered a back up. I fits snugly, yet very comfortably around the bridge of the nose, with a hugging head strap. It feels luxurious and blocks out all light ! I had never used ear plugs before, this changed everything, I truly have not slept this well in years !

    J'ai offert le masque de sommeil Gritin à mon copain avant qu'il ne parte pour l'ascension du Mont Blanc, et il l'a adoré ! En 100 % soie naturelle, il est ultra-doux et très confortable, parfait pour se reposer après une longue journée de randonnée.Il bloque vraiment bien la lumière, ce qui lui a permis de dormir paisiblement dans son refuge après une journée d'efforts. Il a également apprécié son design élégant et sa légèreté, qui ne prend pas de place dans son sac à dos. De plus, les boules quies lui ont permis de ne pas entendre le bruit de ses colocs de chambre.Je recommande vivement ce masque à tous les aventuriers en quête de sommeil réparateur, que ce soit après une randonnée ou simplement pour une nuit tranquille à la maison.
