    The product is lovely but turned up with sticky stuff all over the blades. Not exactly great when you pay a premium price for something and you have to spend time cleaning it straight out the box. Not to mention it could have ruined a perfectly good cigar. All round disappointed with the lack of attention to a premium product. Wouldn’t be surprised is this was a return that some spilled something on.

    Bought as an expensive high quailty gift. I bought it as a gift, it came in a cigarette lighter box with instructions for a lighter and a 2 year warranty- for a lighter. it looks so cheap and unprofessional. I'm embarrassed to give it as a gift. The product itself is notchy. The action is not smooth at all. Very cheap feel. I honestly cannot express how disappointed I am. I'm ashamed to give it as a gift.

    Klingen wackelig, ohne wirkliche Führung und stumpf, Späne sichtbar, Zigarren zerbröseln beim „Schneiden“ !Null Sterne wären angemessen, kann man aber leider nicht vergeben.Und die Rücksendung soll ich auch noch bezahlen, als Paket !Unterirdisch !!
