Seem like excellent quality - deducted one star as at time of purchase details on Bolo didn't make it clear they use Rice flour as filler... hopefully not an issue for most people but I've found it isn't the best with my stomach issue. They do seem to be helping me keep my hyperthyroid in check as per my intended use so all good there.

Product works and does what I needed. Sometimes we just don't know for sure if a supplement is working but in this case it was a necessary amino acid I was lacking.
