Recently my left knee's gone a knacker, so I sought out a suitable brace. With it's high number of positive reviews, I decided to try this one from Karm.My concern though, was that my leg is too big as my measurements were larger than the specs shown. I contacted Ashley (customer support) who replied almost instantly to reassure me that the brace would fit. And fit it does!The knee brace seems very well made and is very comfortable to wear. I found it easy to put on and adjust with the elasticated velcroed straps. It doesn't slide down either and stays nicely in place. My knee feels well supported and more stable. More importantly tho, the pain has lessened, which is great because I was starting to rattle with all the pills I was taking. This knee brace, for me, is worth every penny and then some! I have a really bad knee and I’m pretty fat, most other knee braces I tried didn’t come close to fitting, but this one is actually bigger than I need and it’s comfortable! I do long days 15-16 hours, manual work and this has been a game changer. I can comfortably wear it all day without needing adjustment or slackening it. It’s genuinely comfortable and strong. Really holds my knee together and keeps it warm too. I’d given up on finding one that would fit me, but this has been brilliant. Even on chunky legs, it works no bother. Seriously, just get it.

I give it 5 stars as it's very well made.it does fit,but it's not for me.my knee doesn't seem to stay in the whole where it should be.this is not any fault of brace it's my knee.could be a little longer top half.i will not return this as I've tried it, doesn't slide down. It does fit larger size people.

I have waited after a week of use to post my review.If your in the same bracket as I and have lipodema or lymphoedema the brace is perfect.I purchased the largest size, very adjustable so if you have more or less swelling it's no issues just moved the velcro strap, the velcro is super strong as is also the grip strip against your skin.All in all a good product.

I got myself a knee support because I have been in a lot of pain with osteoarthritis of the knees. I bought one and have tried it out today. I was surprised at the comfort it gave both in support and in wearing. I wore under trousers next to the skin, it didn't slip and was most comfortable. No pinching and no slipping. I would definitely recommend. So much so that I have just ordered another so I can have both knees supported at the same time!

I tried this each way I could but the flesh of the legs keeps coming out between the streps which is very painfull and stops bloodflow... and gives bruses. Very dissapointed in this product. Making it big enough for big people does not mean it works oIn big knees and big legs. You should have tested this product on real obese people if you want to help them.
Best knee brace I've ever bought!!!!
...and I've bought a few....I just received this knee brace today. Man! What great support it gives me. It holds my knee in place, keeping it aligned & helps to minimize pain. Also, I did the elliptical this morning for 30min non stop and there was very minimal slippage!!!!! I read some reviews that states it loses elasticity over time. I will see, but if it does, I'll just get another one! It was only $30 so I'm not expecting it to last forever. I'm 5'5" weigh 280lbs and got a size 3 and I have much more room left on the straps. It Fits nice and snug. The straps allows for adjusting up or down for different knee widths! Worth every penny!!!
